Hotel needs upgrades, my rooms air conditioning went out after 2 hours. Was given as new room? But Air conditioners are loud. Ceiling in bath on 3rd floor shower shows there was a ceiling leak. Repairs were badly done.

It was hot outside and the room was not cooling down. I notified staff because the thermostat on the wall was missing lines to be able to tell what it was set on. We turned it down to 67° and it still was not cooling down the room. The area by the fan by the wall had soaked the carpet. I got my house shoes soaked when I walked in the area. The staff was notified of the problem and she said that she would notify maintenance. But it did not make for a pleasant experience when it was so hot out!

Overall , OK, but three issues: Noisy HVAC, not just from my room but from all the ones around it. When they turned on and off , loud noise all night long. Cold air blew up and right onto bed, so you were either warm or too cold. Sticker on mirror in bathroom said daily room service for towels , cleaning etc. Nothing done first day, and when checking at the desk they said service was every other day unless you asked. It was stupid to have a sign up saying daily service if their policy had changed.

I stayed once a week the last 3 months, they are always very friendly, clean rooms and quiet, I don't usually do reviews but the are always great so this time I took the time to give 5 stars Great Service!

It is a very nice, clean place, the staff was very friendly, always helping and smiling. It is one of the places where the breakfast is very good and free, and they do not charge for parking like others places.

Repeat and forever customer
Freda's is right around the corner and the best restaurant hands down. Olive garden is close and the mall with plenty of shopping and other restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfy. Hot water and nice shower head options. Great hot tub and pool!!! Friendly and informative staff. We stay here once a year to relax before the kids go back to school!!
