Stafff were good free off street parking room and bed was great shower was ok breakfast was ok WiFi was abysmal and didn’t want to pay for premium WiFi as reviews all said it was dross as well, were it not for the WiFi they would’ve secured themselves a repeat customer

A great stay in Aviemore as usual. The three o’clock check-in would benefit customers if it was a little bit relaxed. We arrived 11 minutes before it and even though the room was ready we weren’t allowed to check-in. The highlight was dinner on Sunday night. Lorraine our waitress gave us great food recommendations and kept us entertained. She’s a real credit to your hotel.

Very hard bed and flat pillows. Hardly any channels on the television. Tired bathroom.in need of a good dust and hoover. Breakfast was very good. And evening meal was not bad. Not a lot of staff on. One lady was obviously new and wasn’t sure what she was doing at times.

The hotel is at the beginning of the Main Street in Aviemore. Town is about 1500m away. It’s a new hotel with parking. If you stay here don’t forget to register your car. The registration was really straight forward. The room key also operates the lift. Our room was on the first floor. The room was a nice size, double bed, arm chair. The bathroom was very clean with a step up shower. Tea mss as king facilities in the room too with plenty of extra milk etc on the ground floor by the lift. I was hoping that we would get a view of the Cairngorms being at the rear of the hotel, sadly there are loads of pine trees so there’s nothing to see. As far as the room is concerned, there were two issues. 1: the plasterwork was significantly damaged probably caused by the arm chair - an easy fix, and 2: I hate the stupid little squares of loo roll. I like the traditional roll! Food: We had prepaid the meal deal. Evening meal mains are limited to everything with chips save a lasagne and a curry. The starter tomato soup was great as were the chicken wings. The issue for me was the lack of selection especially if you are here for a few days. Breakfast was equally uninspiring. Basic cereals, yogurt and juices. Then we turned to the hot offering cheap sausage, tasteless black pudding, beans mushroom, tomato, had brown and fried egg. This is scotland, where were local produce like Lorna slice, morning roll, proper black pudding and scrambled egg? The only bright side of the restaurant was server Linder and the manager Joanna - both went out of their way - many thanks

Stayed at the Premier Inn as part of a short break in the Highlands. Our room was located on the ground floor to the back of the hotel which was convenient for accessing the main hotel areas. The room itself was clean, comfy bed, nice and warm (extra heater available if needed) and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The hotel is situated at the edge of town but it's in easy walking distance of the main town centre. Staff were friendly, cheerful and were happy to help. We ate in the hotel on our first night and had no complaints. Breakfast was good, plenty choice for different tastes.

Stayed here for 1 night with my wife and 2 kids. The hotel itself was nice and well setup. The room had no ventilation, could not open the window (even though we were on the ground floor) The pillows were flat, leaving myself with a sore neck in the morning. The breakfast was average, bacon was cold. All in all it done the job for 1 night, not sure if I’d book again however.

As ever, its basic but comfy and clean, you know what you are going to get and there's nothing really to fault. Food OK, value good, reasonable location, free parking. Free WIFI is a bit rubbish and I couldn't be bothered to upgrade to Ultimate. Otherwise, usual Premierinn reviews apply - good enough!

Had a great stay at this Premier Inn ,room was clean and tidy ..The only let down was the breakfast ..There was no eggs ,the breakfast was cold and the hot water for the tea didn’t work properly ,had to ask for milk and butter ,it was like we were to late which we were not .Was gutted because we have stayed in many Premier Inns around Scotland and we look forward to there delicious breakfasts ..We cancelled our 2nd morning breakfast and went elsewhere..Such a shame ..

When you stay in a Premier Inn, you expect basic and that is fine. However, you expect it to be clean. Our room was disgusting. Dirty walls, skirtings looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months and the whole place just looked dingy. A chair to keep the door to an adjoining room closed isn't really very secure either. The evening staff could not have cared less.
