Great RV resort. For first time visitors be aware check in is not clearly marked where to go. Don’t drive in first parking lot you will have to back up to get out with a motorhome or Travel trailer. Exit it too narrow there. Overall a nice job done on rv sites, roomy and not so crowded, beautiful view and nice landscapes. Very friendly helpful staff, you won’t be disappointed.

Enjoyed our premium cottage. Comfy bed, appreciated the robes and bath products. Deck and fire pit were amazing. Small sink and good sized fridge but no silverware, plates or serving dishes, so be sure to bring your own. The view is incredible!

It's a bit of a pricey stay but if your objective is to relax and enjoy the area, then this marks the spot. We had an RV spot. We had a check in snafu where someone erroneously parked in the wrong RV stall which delayed our check in by a few hours. The staff was very apologetic and kind. They did everything in their power to make it right. They offered a cabin to hang out and stay for the night if they couldn't contact the people to move. Upon checking out, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, enough so that we booked our stay for the following year. Its a great place.

Lovely property, the view from every site is stunning!! The entire property was super clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We rode our bikes into town, walked to restaurants on the pier and the beach. We will definitely be visiting again!

We had the best weekend with our family camping at Flying Flags in Avila! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The facility is so well kept. The location is also perfect! The view is unmatched- no other place like it! We are already making plans for our next trip here!

We've been camping here since before Flying Flags came to town. We used to camp in the Port San Luis spots up on the hill and down below. We love the area and love this new FF camp. Our only issue is the expense. It's a great spot and camp, but $$$$$.

A wonderful campsite with great staff who patiently waited for us to check in. There's a direct view of the sea and a peaceful environment. I will definitely come back next time.😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Beautiful view, clean cottage and property, took advantage of the winter special and found a great RV spot to reserve for a future date. All staff was helpful and friendly. Loved hearing the ocean and sea lions. Super quiet at night and in the morning. Will stay there again.
