This small, family-run hotel is quiet and clean, but not as quaint/special as it appears in the photos. It is more on the funky side of the spectrum than anything. No real views as it’s along a narrow street next to the cathedral & the windows are high up under the roof line. The restaurant dinner menu may have been authentic, but we didn’t find it particularly appetizing as Californians — same with minimal breakfast options. No way to get coffee or tea in room, no mini-frig, etc. If I were to visit Avila again, I might try something just outside the walls with a more substantial breakfast option and the kind of amenities that make a multi-day stay enjoyable. That said, the staff were kind.

A favor: Coqueto hotel muy bien situado para hacer visitas a Ávila. Habitación grande y muy bien cuidada, baño grande y siempre muy limpio. Cogimos desayuno incluido y está muy bien, de sobra para empezar el día. Las terrazas y el comedor interior muy bien preparados incluidos los chorritos de los aspersores que difuminan niebla de agua. El personal de primera sobre todo el trato de Pablo siempre atento a cualquier cosa que necesites y con muy buen trato hacia el resto de camareros. Pegas: Por no poner todo bueno...una neverita en las habitaciones estaría muy bien ya que en pleno verano se agradece el poder meter agua a enfriar en la habitación

Una bonita hostería con habitaciones amplias y abuhardilladas preciosas, limpias y muy agradables.La cama XXL. Y la cama supletoria también muy bien. Èramos tres y nos sobraba sitio. El baño reformado amplio y cómodo. El servicio atento. Cómo pega exponer que no tiene frigorífico que siempre viene bien.

Un lugar con encanto, es la primera vez que vamos al hotel, pero no nuestra primera vez en Ávila, habitación abuhardillada preciosa, calentita, silenciosa, baño nuevo. Decidimos dar una vuelta por Ávila, tomarnos nuestros vinos, y al final cenamos en el hotel, todo muy rico, muy buena presentación, muy buena atención. Ya tenemos otro hotel para movernos cuando nos escapamos de los Madriles. Enhorabuena por su gran experiencia y por su trato a los clientes. Mil gracias por hacernos la estancia maravillosa

Excelente ubicación del hotel cercano a todas las zonas turísticas, habitación muy espaciosa, cómoda y todo impecable.El trato por parte del personal inmejorable, quiero destacar su gran amabilidad ya que nos fuimos una noche antes de lo establecido porque se nos puso malo el niño y no nos facturaron la noche no disfrutada y el parking. Un gran gesto tratándose de unas fechas tan concurridas como la Semana Santa.
