We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well maintained, family run hotel with beautiful sea views over the bay of Kiparissia. We stayed in junior suite 104. It was spacious and clean, with good facilities as detailed. The large bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Large balcony to appreciate the view and take in the sunset. The bedding and towels were changed every two days. Rooms cleaned daily. Towels for the pool provided on request at reception. Coffee making facility provided (kettle & Cups) coffee and sugar provided on arrival along with bottled water, but not replenished daily. The swimming pool was really nice, cleaned daily. All staff were polite and friendly. Dimitrious and Yannis were particularly helpful recommending places to visit or answering any questions you may have. The breakfast selection was extensive with hot and cold options and a good range of continental choice. We dined in the restaurant in the evening on a couple of occasions which was nice with a good ambience. If like us you like to get out and about and explore, you definitely need a car. There are a number of restaurants in Kalo Nero and Kiparissia worth visiting. With regard to the whirlpool, this is based on the ground level shared between Junior suites 101 to 105. We did not get round to using the spa facilities as we were only there for a week. We visited Olympia which is practically a must do. If you have a car it is easy to get there and only about 40 minutes drive. 20 euros pp admission which gets you entry to the site and museum. We had pre booked a coach excursion which cost £63 each through jet2 before we decided to book a hire car. With hindsight we would have made our own way there, as this did not include the 20 euros pp entrance fee! Lake Kaiafas is peaceful and scenic and worth a visit. We also visited Palace of Nestor and Tholos Tomb 10 euros pp entry, worth visiting. Kiparissia Castle is free entry but with limited access due to health and safety matters. Worth a visit for the views and nearby tavernas. There are a lot of nice beaches to visit in the area, however in May the season is just beginning so not many were up and running with provision of sunbeds. Some beach bars were yet to open. Overall we had an enjoyable relaxing stay.
