There are outdoor security cameras recording 24/7. 14. Common insects found in AZ are not grounds for refund. Please limit the amount of time doors and windows are opened. Rain and extreme heat may also increase chances of insects finding their way indoors. 15. For any Maintenance request or emergencies you agree to allow us or any of our maintenance team to enter and access the property to remediate the issue. 17. For us to compensate for any issues that occur during your trip, they must be brought up immediately. Any issues that are brought up at the end of the trip will have 0% chance of compensation. 18. We provide basic toiletries, towels and basic cooking hardware, you may need to bring your own additional toiletries or any items you might need during your stay
