Family Holiday at AQI Pegasos Royal Our family holiday at AQI Pegasos Royal was a beautiful experience overall. The resort offers a fantastic blend of comfort, entertainment, and stunning views, making it an ideal destination for families. Highlights of Our Stay: 1. Beautiful Resort: The resort itself is gorgeous, with well-maintained gardens, spacious rooms, and a variety of amenities that cater to both adults and children. The pools and water slides were a big hit with the kids! 2. Beach Experience: The beach at AQI Pegasos Royal is lovely, with soft sand and clear waters. However, on our first day, we encountered an issue with finding available sunbeds and umbrellas. It seemed that many guests were reserving them early in the morning and then leaving, only to return much later. 3. Excellent Customer Service: We raised this issue with Olga Shnayder, the TUI manager for hotel customer relations. She was very understanding and promised to address the situation. True to her word, the next day, the staff ensured that all reserved sunbeds were cleared, and they monitored the beach to prevent further reservations. This prompt action greatly improved our beach experience. 4. Delicious Food: The dining options at the resort were excellent. There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and everything we tried was delicious. The themed nights at the restaurant added a fun twist to our dining experience. Special thanks to Alper waiter who was make sure we always having glasses full with wine 5. Activities and Entertainment: The resort offers a range of activities and entertainment options for all ages. From kids’ clubs to evening shows, there was always something to keep us entertained. Overall Impression: Despite the initial hiccup with the sunbeds, our stay at AQI Pegasos Royal was wonderful. The resort’s beautiful setting, excellent facilities, and attentive staff made for a memorable family holiday. We would definitely recommend this resort to other families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Yet again, another fantastic family holiday, the place is beautiful, having their own private beach and the budda bar over looking the sea is amazing to sit and have the most beautiful sunsets. Adnan Çay the bar tender is a pure gentleman, he is amazing with my children, they love him! He goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best holiday, I can't say anything other than he has a special place in our families hearts. The restaurant staff are incredible... Yusuf Çay is incredible he will make sure you have a table every night. He can't do enough he will move the earth for you if he could. He works extremely hard to make sure you have the best time away.... Ata Karataş is amazing he can't do enough for you. Nothing is too much for him he will go the extra mile for you... Asking Balkci is a pleasure. He is such a nice man he will do anything possible to make your stay memorable.. all th restaurant staff are incredible with my two children, they looked forward to seeing them every day. We were all so sad to say goodbye to them. All in all, a beautiful time away made so special by all the staff. I haven't mentioned all of them as there are too many, I will be here all day Thank you for such good memories The lovell family

What a fantastic holiday.. The hotel is immaculate, rooms so spacious and cool due to the air-conditioning. Pools are the best we have been in, lots of sun loungers for everyone. The food were fantastic and we were looked after by the amazing team who couldn't do enough for you. Ata made us feel very welcome and always went above and beyond... the Reps Natalie and Georgia were just fantastic! They booked our trips out for us, helped us when needed, I had to use the TUI app to contact them and they got back to me straight away... I love the fact the manager of the hotel is always available and you often find him walking around talking to everyone. It were that hot we were like melted wellies but the fantastic air-conditioning in the hotel cooled you down the min you walked in... Could not fault this hotel in any way at all.. we will 100% be returning... THANKYOU PEGASOS ROYAL...

Well we wasn't disappointed at all. Only a few minor issues but all in all great. The rooms were very good with sliding doors from adults to kids area, the only issue was the A/C was loud and not as cold as I would like. The food was very good with lots to choose from as different each night. We had Umut and Ata who sorted our table every night and was always there if we needed anything! We ate in the Asian and Turkish Al la carte restaurants which were very good and nice for a change of scenery. I was getting up around 6am to put towels out and was loads of beds to choose from. All the pools and slides are very good and having the beach right outside as well is good. The kids really enjoyed all the slides but more aimed at kids than adults. The entertainment throughout the day was spot on and made it fun. Ekin and Abdulla made the entertainment they were always buzzing and great to be around you will not be disappointed with what they do all day especially in the heat they get you up and involved with everything. Ekin loves the number 7 as well! The shows in the evening were very good also. In the Buddha bar Adnan is the man! He is always running around making sure empty glasses are cleaned away and a full one is brough to you he's spot on. The photo team especially Yuko were great as well, so good with the kids and the photos were a great price we ended up buying them all. We had Turkish baths and massages and the spa team were also very good. All in all a great hotel and the staff are perfect we couldn't have asked for a better holiday. Also do the jeep safari that was one of the best days out we had!

Amazing family holiday, staff were so helpful, hotel was modern, very clean and bright, the food was amazing such a wide range, the food staff were so helpful! something for even the fussiest of eater!! Loads of entertainment 100% family holiday!!!

Oustanding vacation. Location is excellent. The sand beach is really phantastic, warm water, great waves for families. Reachable through all three AQI hotels. Rooms are a bit older, but still in good shape and especially top clean (every day). Turkish food is over the top, tasty, extra variations, each day breakfast+lunch+dinner different, foreign kitchen (italian, mexican etc.). Every day new attractions, animations for young and old, in evenings really cool shows in all three hotels (AQI Pegasos Royal, Ressort, Club). Last but not least: top personnel inside the hotels and outside on the beach. I want to underline the warm and friendly atmosphere, especially driven buy Gökhan (no words, 11/10), Ata and Umut - thanks to all of them, "Saĝol, arkadaşlarım!" This location I recommend without any restrictions. Next year, we will try to come again
