Aqi Pegasos Club

Merhaba! Hello! Cześć! These were the first holidays for my cousin and me, and even better, in magical Turkey, which had been our dream destination for a few years. It was also our first time at the Pegasos Club hotel, and certainly not the last one! The hotel is fantastic and looks exactly as it does in the pictures. It is large, spacious, and clean. It truly makes an impression. It also has an excellent location. Right after crossing the lobby threshold, we could feel a great and friendly atmosphere, which made us feel very comfortable. Another plus is that after a long journey, we didn't have to wait for our room because it was already prepared. The room itself was just like the one in the pictures. Although it wasn’t huge, it was cozy. The cleaning service ensured it was spotless every day, and we also received fresh towels daily. The bathroom was clean too, but it lacked better ventilation, as it felt stuffy, especially after a shower. Moving on to the restaurant, I have to say I wasn't disappointed. Regarding food, there was a wide selection, and everyone could find something to their taste, from meats and vegetables to delicious sweets and traditional Turkish dishes or snacks. I can't forget the wonderful service inside the restaurant as well as on the terrace outside. Therefore, I would like to thank a few waiters for their service and for making each meal a pleasant experience. Mehmet Durmaz, Alim Kaya, Emrah Doğlu you were wonderful! Thank you for being such cheerful, friendly, and kind people. We haven’t laughed and joked so much with anyone in a long time. You are the best! I can't forget some of the other staff either, but unfortunately, I don't remember your names. I’m sorry I also have to mention the amazing SPA center with a wide range of services, from massages, face masks, and hammam to several treatment packages. The staff there were friendly, professional, and skilled. I would also like to thank one of the ladies who spoke to us in Polish and greeted us with a big smile. We were also delighted with the animation team and their positive energy during various activities. We loved participating in Aqua Gym and regret not joining in earlier. The pool itself was wonderful, and our favorite part of the day was spending the afternoons in the pool or on the sun lounger with a drink from the Pool Bar. The bartenders made really tasty drinks! Finally, I have to mention the wonderful beach, with beautiful views and hot sand. Relaxing there was a wonderful time, and swimming in the sea and catching waves was an integral part of each morning. There was also the daily battle for towels and sun loungers with the local cat. These were our best holidays ever! I hope to see you next year! ❤️ P.S. The views from the terrace, especially at sunset, captured our hearts from the first day! They were stunning! ❤️

As dated as the hotel appears you can’t fault the food, drink or cleanliness! The staff are helpful, the grounds are well kept, the entertainment is just the right balance and the food options are varied and plentiful. The only thing I’d suggest is training the bar staff to acknowledge the queue stood by bar. So many Eastern Europeans have the balls to walk around the queue and glare at you as they order their drinks when you’ve been stood patiently for the bar staff to be free. Be wary of the cats! My daughter got scratched by claws and teeth. Use the quiet dining room. Air-conditioning is better and the staff are attentive - Burak is especially efficient at a wine top-up!

I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff were extremely polite and helpful, especially Mr. Emrah, and every request was met with a smile. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, and they were cleaned every day. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, and Mr. Emrah was very polite and always asked for drinks with meals etc. The location of the hotel is ideal - close to the center, but at the same time in a quiet area, which provided relaxation after a day full of excitement. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back at the next opportunity!”

I don't even know where to start. The best vacation I've ever been on. Thank you. A beautiful hotel, a beautiful view of the sea and all made pleasant by the wonderful staff at the hotel. I would especially like to thank Mehmet Durmoz Emroh, Mert or Yasar who worked in the restaurant. I would also like to say thank you to Burak, with whom darts and other games were always fun. Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely be back.

There is nothing negative I can say about this holiday Hotel excellent room clean and cleaned regularly Food nothing that you can't get and you will never go hungry Staff are exceptionally helpful Nevzat and ufuk waiting staff these boys nothing too much trouble Helpful and friendly they will be missed. Wonderful holiday. We booked through Tui and everything was very smooth and easy. We arrived at 1am and they gave us a bag with a sandwich and some snacks. Our transfer didn’t pick us up until 5:30pm on the last day so we paid €50 for a late checkout which was ok. However, we had an extra late check in since we arrived at 1am, so it would be nice if the late checkout fee was waived if you checked in 10 hours later than usual. WiFi was €30 for two devices for the week, it worked really well and even by the pool and beach. The best thing about this hotel is that you can access 3 hotels which is nice to get a change of scenery and have an explore without leaving the resort. You can use the facilities in all 3 hotels but you have to eat in your own hotel. We visited for a week in September and it wasn’t overly busy. The Club hotel seemed quieter than the other two hotels and there was always empty sun beds available. There were good water slides a short walk away at the Royal hotel. The food was nice, there is only a buffet restaurant at Pegasos Club whereas the other hotels offer A La Carte dining too. The themed nights were good such as Asian and Tex-Mex. Chefs were making the food I front of you and all very fresh. Always salads and pasta available to fussy eaters would never have a problem. There seemed to be a lot of food catered towards Eastern Europeans. The only downside were desserts which were often frozen or a bit stale. Drinks were fine and plentiful. We found the local spirits ok but you could pay for premium spirits if you want. Would be nice if the different bars across the 3 hotels offered different cocktails to give it some more variety. Decent coffee and lots of filtered water stations. The room was spacious and always clean. The entertainment was good as resorts go! We liked that we were able to choose which of the 3 hotel nighttime shows to go to each evening. There was always a dj and music by the pool area late in the evenings. Only criticism if that having a pool/sea view room, the music is very loud at night and the rooms need a bit of sound proofing or better doors. Staff were all nice and helpful. Most don’t speak much English but it was fine. Perfect resort if you just want to relax by the pool and beach but also lots of opportunities for more activities. Thanks for a great holiday.
