Great visit! Margaret, Dawit, Yonas, all the servers were amazing! Breakfast buffet was full of variety.
They even had a birthday surprise with cake for my husband!

Everyone needs to stay here at least once in their life. It’s a delightful spot with fabulous staff and experience Loved the gym and pool. Will stay at other Haile resorts over Ethiopia as I can. It’s a wonderful experience that all should do if they can.

Greetings from Zinabu T. and family We came 15 years ago for our honeymoon to your resort. At the time, the resort was about to be launched. Not so much service were there but we managed to enjoy swimming service and the view. Fifteen years later, we came back with our four children to the exact spot to celebrate our anniversary and you have much to explore. Thanking to your hospitable crew , we enjoyed the beautiful smile, awesome view, the many outdoor activities like boat trip, children play ground etc that make our stay memorable. Definitely, Haile Resort is always our first choice. Thank you Liyuwork for making our stay enjoyable. Hopefully we will be back for the 20th. Thank you God is good

Great hotel! Lovely staff! Helpful, accommodating, polite, always available. Amazing ambience. Great service. We had a great time on this family trip. The manager,Margaret was just a gem! We felt pampered and well taken care of. I will fo it again.

Birdwatchers paradise! Amazing service at one of the most beautiful places in the world. Breakfast is worth booking here alone but rooms are clean with great views. The hippo boat tour is also a nice feature. We saw a whole family of hippos on our tour.

I was on business trip in Hawassa and Haile Resort made my stay in Hawassa memorable! Great view of the lake, amazing and nice staff in the resort. The food too was great. Looking forward to visiting again. I will be back. Hawassa is a beautiful city.
