Room in a beautiful surroundings with a cooking opportunity and a small garden with grill. Not very big, but equipped with everything, From refrigerator to WiFi. During the week buses to Innsbruck every quarter of an hour.

Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Axamer Lizum 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Innsbrucker Baggersee 20 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. "Hannelore", 3-room apartment 50 m2, on the upper ground floor. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed and TV (flat screen). 1 room with 2 beds. Small kitchen (4 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Small terrace. Deck chairs (2), sitting area. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Were the first time in this apartment. We liked it very much. Well located, spacious, very attractive and well maintained, cozy ambience, everything needed, beautiful view and wonderfully sunny balcony - (morning and afternoon sun) - would come back there
