Plenty of carpark during weekend. Located just beside Fire Station which if you're in bad luck, a bit hassle if they've to be active during nighttime.
The main reason for me to stay as its just nearby to MITC Melaka and Mosque. Plenty of restaurants nearby (Grab also covered the surrounding area).
Room condition (toilet area) can be improved. Overall, It is still cheap as to compared the size of the room to it's price.

Location is good but rooms are old and not well maintain. For short trip or transit stay, it is still acceptable with the room rate that is offered.

Normal 2stars amenities and rooms. Bad flooring at walkaway. Less choices for breakfast.

Stayed 2 nights. Room is quite small. So is the bathroom, big size people will find it difficult to move. There is hot water but the water pressure is quite low.
Room was not cleaned the next day, no tower change, bed sheet was not changed.
Power socket was inadequate, if you have many equipments to charge at the same time.

Inside room take the rest suddenly staff open the door,how come the staff can coming my room. This is I not acceptable.

The staffs are friendly & helpful.
The room condition is not that good. It’s smelly & the walls are damaged with bubbling & peeling paints. The management must seriously look into it.
