Hotel was lovely very central on the main ***** of ayia napa very clean very good breakfast and pool area very well kept .. only thing I would say is that the carpet in the hall ways needs taking up and Lino put down to make it look better also the little lift needs Lino not carpet . Staff were very nice we needed to move rooms due to the aircon not working this was done straight away will be rebooking again for October ..

Friendly,very clean hotel, good breakfast selection really well placed and surprisingly quiet. Rooms have all requirements. Nice clean pool with plenty sunbeds. We live in larnaca but a daughter arrived to celebrate father and daughter birthday so spent a week here.

Unfortunately, our experience at Joy Hotel was not good. The hotel needs immediate maintenance as the walls are cracked and showing neglect. The carpets in the corridors are worn and need immediate replacement or cleaning. An additional problem was the fact that light came into the room even though there were curtains, making it difficult to rest. The air conditioner was not working properly and failed to cool the room sufficiently. The soundproofing was non-existent, so we heard all night noises from the amusement park, cars and music from outside. It is important to mention that they did not bring us shampoo on the second day, nor a second bath towel. The only positive point was the breakfast, which was good, but certainly not enough to compensate for the other problems.
