Great hotel nice and clean with great sea views and a cool small pool. The hotel was great and quiet for couples but the walk to the hotel up the hill was tough sometimes but for the view and price it’s worth it.

Don't trust google reviews! They do not let apload reviews that's why on Google they have 8/10. Looks like they have a control under google reviews as on tripadvisor is only 3.5/5. This is too much as I am working with hotels more than 17 years and this hotel is 1/5. We checked in family of 3. The third bed wasnt ready, no linens- nothing. The awful smell in bathroom. Pipes are dirty and not clean. That was really awfull!!!! We eaven couldn't take a shower as a smell was terible. The bathroom was not clean, full of old soap around the sink. When I took a blanket from the closet, old cockroach felt down! Breakfast... never had this kind of nightmare at any 3* hotel - bread was old. Beans were spoiled, cake at least 2-3 days and hard. Never again I will stay at this hotel!

What an amazing stay, in the high level of Ayia Napa, the room is facing all the down town till the sea. Very brand new room, with a big comfortable bed, full equipment bath, tv, WiFi and a balcony with view. The staff are friendly and polite also helpful.

Many thanks to the owner of the hotel for his responsiveness and for coming to the situation and personally driving us to the airport with his car when we had problems with the transfer. With such owner the hotel guests can feel comfortable and relied on for any assistance in case of problems. Highly recommend!

Currently staying at the Sunny Blue hotel, in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. Wasn't sure what to expect given limited reviews. But seriously...no need to worry. Its a fab hotel. Looks like it has undergone a refurb, as rooms are pretty luxurious. Huge, comfy beds and a flat screen telly. Nice bathroom too, with plenty of hot water. Lovely pool area with cascading water features, and jacuzzi bubbles one end. Complimentary breakfast included which was half decent. Season almost at an end so hotel quiet which is perfect for us, as we are the only ones by the pool...bliss!! Only 10 mins into resort so ideal. Would definitely return to this hotel, given the price we paid. Highly recommend.

Was not expecting much at the price but was surprised. Everything was spotless. Room was great and decent shower. Air con free of charge and ice cool. Loved the pool. Breakfast decent for the price Inc in price. Close to main square in Napa. Lots of bars and restaurants close by.

В этом отеле останавливалась впервые и очень довольна. Отель расположен в отдалении от моря, пешком до ближайшего пляжа мин 25, обратно немного в горку. Рядом удобные развязки для выезда из города, идеально на авто Всю территорию занимает бассейн, парковка. Абсолютно европейский отельчик, только на завтраках. Полностью оправдал ожидания, бюджетный но персонал очень внимательный, уборка ежедневно, смена белья полотенец часто, если нада еще чаще поменяют без вопросов. Бассейн чистый, Завтраки по возможности) разнообразные, свежие вкусные. Это бюджетный отель и для такого уровня здесь просто шикарно, спасибо! При бронировании просите верхние этажи и вид на море. Отель подойдет больше для активных туристов все возрастов, в отеле есть и молодежь, и семейные пары с детьми, и компании друзей и пенсионеры! Здесь всем прекрасно отдыхается, очень комфортно! Буду рекомендовать этот отель и спасибо вам!

Hotel molto carino e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo...unica pecca...la colazione. Capisco che il turismo è quasi prettamente inglese... ma magari anche qualche dolce o almeno della frutta fresca darebbero sicuramente un tocco in più!
