I would not recommend coming here. Me and my partner arrived at midnight of the 26th April, was greeted by a man who works night shifts at reception who was so lovely and welcoming but other than this there was multiple issues. When we got to our room we noticed the walls were completely hollow you could hear everything from rooms above, below, next and through the corridors at all hours in the morning so it’s a struggle trying to sleep as you just hear constant noise from other people. We went all inclusive with this hotel and the food variety there was shocking. We paid an extra £600 (£300pp) to go all inclusive and there was a very little variety of food to choose from. Food wasn’t the best to eat either. After consumption of food it had resulted in upset stomachs every time. I have been to all inclusive hotels before and this just didn’t feel like an all inclusive and I did not get value for my money at all. The Snack bar shows online that it is open 10am-7pm and everything is free for people who booked all inclusive (not stated otherwise) , this was not the case at all. It was open for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon. So apart from them 2hours you had to pay for everything else throughout the day which online states otherwise. There was very limited selection of drinks/food at the snack bar. Like stated already the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner wasn’t the best at all. Me and my partner ended up going out for food most of the time even McDonalds and subway and fast food places which were much better than eating here. The air con in the room was not working even when pressing it to turn it on it wouldn’t work at all the smell from the air con vent was awful, the smell was so so bad. The other staff apart from the male receptionist who works night shifts were not the nicest of people I felt like they were quite awkward and rude when asking for things. I had spent a fortune eating out even though I had paid for all inclusive. I wish I had kept my £600 and used that to eat out the entire time I would have saved so much money. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms was not the best even though there was supposedly everyday housekeeping, the floor was very dirty and thick dust everywhere, the bedding was changed only twice in the 8 nights that we stayed there. Towels were only changed 3 times a week which is ridiculous. The channels on the TV was only News, you could not cast anything to the TV so we couldn’t watch anything. I would not recommend this hotel compared to other hotels in Ayia Napa as we had spoke to other people there and the access they had in their hotels and the facilities and entertainment they had seems amazing made our stay sound disastrous.
