Perfect place to stay, friendly staff, delicious dinners and clean room (towels changed every day) The location is very good, 4 minutes to walk the most famous beach of Ayia Napa-Nissi beach. Next time will definitely come here. Many thanks.

This was my 4th stay in the last couple of years. I really can’t fault it. Location is just across the road from Nissi Beach. Bus stop at the end of the road to get you into town and further a field Staff a very accommodating and friendly It’s clean and the gardens are lovely Snack bar food is on when restaurant is closed. The lovely Andreas will serve you up Pizza toasties burgers chicken. Food in the restaurant is varied and tasty I just love it here.

Currently staying at Christofinia, hotel itself is beautiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downfall is the food, it's ALWAYS cold. Breakfast, lunch & dinner = COLD. Hotel don't seem to appear to know what kind of food it is on certain nights, or what the food is. 'Rissotto' rice, was the same rice that had been out all week, they just changed the name. Same with carribean rice, they added kidney beans and tried to call it carribean. There was nothing carribean about the carribean night, same goes for the Greek night, Asian night and oriental night. Food is the biggest let down. They could have great food, but decided to serve it cold. Only hot thing was the soup as its in a pot plugged into the wall. Desserts was alright, pretty much serve the same desserts. Would recommend for hotel purposes, but not for food, so don't bother with all inclusive or if you do, just go for the all inclusive drinks.

Room was fine, although lazily "cleaned" - bedding tended to be placed on bed meaning it always came off through the night. No mattress protector 🤢 Breakfast was dreadful. Not worth the bother. Go to the bakery down the road instead. We were only b&b (luckily) but didn't hear complimentary things about all inclusive. Animation team were a joke. By day they sat on the stage playing music from their laptop, by night it was the same themes recycled every few nights...bingo, tarot cards (read from a piece of paper), or Latino night (more sitting whilst playing music from laptop). Swim up bar & size of pool totally makes the place. Definitely a 3* hotel & that's being generous. 2 mins from bus stops,about 45min walk to ayia napa, some good restaurants nearby.

Not sure what hotel has 4 stars for . Same type food in general . Breakfast - the same every morning . Soup is only one type a day and served only on dinner . Kids food - served separately only on dinner and had only 3 plates to chose from . Kids club - well is just a word about Room - no animators, you can play there and supervise kid in the room. You can have supervision for an hour however do not expect it to be professional child minder (same person who is making sales in the local shop and helps with towels. Towels can be changed once a day (have to use same ones you got in the morning ) . Entertainment for kids was only once During our stay.(The Show)No drinks are served to the table from the bar. Short of staff . No day entertainment. Evening entertainment happened only once during our stay (live music) Musing in lobby sometimes is not even played and it seems as a miserable place with loads of people overhearing conversations. Very small spa area (however lady does good job) Would I recommend it to my friends - most likely no ,if that only could be over late 40ies ..

we stayed as a family with a 5 year old child.we arrived around 11 am and the room was ready for us. we made HB arrangement.the room is solid and cleaned daily. the beds are comfy and spacious. i asked a new matrace for the side bed and got it same day. the food is excellent. i am a big protein consumer and i was satisfied with the variety of meat-beef, chicken,pork and lamb. the beach is very close. around 4 minutes by foot. i would come back next year.

Everything was nice 😊 Good location, a lot of beaches. Meal was nice, room service excellent. Evenings were remarkable because of bartender Georg. Negative impression was of lack of fruits but it may depends on the season. In general - very good hotel for such price

Had an amazing stay with my friend in this beautiful hotel right across one of the most beautiful beaches - Nissi beach. Room was spacious, bathroom was great, clean, housekeeping was done daily. HB service was perfect with buffet meals that were amazing. Breakfast and dinner had great selections of different meals, salads, sweets and drinks. Pool is spacious and offers wonderful relaxation. Hotel also offers varieties of additional services so there is something for everybody. Staff was very helpful and polite. Warm recommendations for everyone looking for a cozy wonderful holiday in Ayia Napa.
