Corfu Hotel

Only booked the hotel for 1 night. The price was right as booked on a deal price. Yes, the bedroom & bathroom were tired but it was fine. Booked a twin room. Needed to push the beds apart, but not a major issue. Mum and I had a fabulous sea view. Breakfast was included, but I didn't have any due to feeling unwell. Thank heavens for a 12 o'clock check out. Mum said the breakfast was great. The pool area is gorgeous. Staff are very friendly. Great quite location. We'd stay again.

Mold and bad smell in the room We told the staff and they didn’t offer any solution at first. The next day we see paint bucket in our room , they came to handle it by painting our room without informing us so. They don’t replace sheets and obviously dirty towels even after we tell them so. No coffee in the room but do have a kettle and cups. We were told to go buy our own coffee. And no spoons. (4 star hotel, yeah right). Moldy stains on the mirror in the bathroom. they use glue (which fell) to put the toilet paper holder together. Our bathroom was clogged, everything was wet but still no towels were supplied. Breakfast was really horrible with bad tasting eggs, very old bread, bad taste of pancakes. Our room had cockroaches. Staff doesn’t seem to care about anything because they’re apparently used to all of these complaints. The manager of the hotel came in the room told us there is no mold, and if we didn’t like the paint in our room to be done we had to put the do not disturb sign. The manager made it a nightmare by continuing telling us that he thinks we lie to him about everything and he needs to investigate. We weren’t offered any compensation for all of it and mostly for the mold and the very bad service regarding everything. They made us feel really humiliated. We walked out and will never come back. Hope you’ll all do the same.

The hotel is more than expected! Nice, big rooms, see view, everything you need is there. Food is excellent and everyone can find something (several kind of meat, fish, salad,pasta etc every night). Variety of food for breakfast also. Not far from the Pantachou beach which is really good. Also near buses to other beach and Larnaca.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever booked, recommended by friends, and I specifically asked for a nice room since my fiancée is pregnant. When we arrived, we were given a sea view room that seemed fine at first, but soon turned into a nightmare. From day one, there was noise in the hallways during sleeping hours, and every night for ten nights straight, someone above us was moving furniture, playing hockey or golf, or whatever it was—it sounded awful and went on for hours every night. Sure, the hotel can’t control that. But what they can control is hiring housekeeping staff that actually cleans the rooms instead of just making the beds and folding up old, dirty sheets and towels without changing them. We even had a cockroach come into the room, which the hotel explained came in through the balcony, which we didn’t even open since the air conditioning was on. When I complained to the hotel, I got responses that everything was normal and that they couldn’t fix the problem because they were fully booked. The general manager Andreas replied to my email suggesting I go to the reception to fix the problem, which they failed to do three times, claiming the hotel was full and that they couldn’t even switch our room. The elevators reek of alcohol fumes constantly, and I tried not to touch anything to avoid catching something. This hotel should be avoided in every sense of the word—dirty, with rude and unpleasant staff. It’s also in an inconvenient location on a hill away from everything; even though it looks close on the map, it’s exhausting to reach, hidden and hard to access.

Don't stay in that dirty hotel, the rod's are running on a metallic frame near the pool. All pillows are always dirty and nobody doesn't want to change it. Cleaning woman cleaning one or two rooms per day. Even water you should buy from bar during the dinner . Rooms are smelling
