AVOID ! Arrived slightly late due to late inbound flight (it happens) - greeted with “ the freshest of sandwiches” it was stale. I suffer with sleep apnea and require a CPAP Machine require to help me breathe and sleep. There are no Socket outlets in my room, apparently no rooms have this basic facility. In 2024 I guess when people have had mobile phones for at least 20 years, this would have come up as a problem. ? Apparently not. The rooms are tiny. Not well decorated (looks like an attempt at a makeover). Just painting over crack if you ask me.. the balcony is tiny, there is vomit on the roof below our Balcony! There is silicone over the shower tray the balcony door doesn’t open easily it’s tough possibly slightly worn/Broken. The rooms are basic the images must be photoshopped within inch of their lives. We typically resort in 5* Accommodation, so if you also do, this isn’t the place for you. Food is Basic not great choice - The Staff are very reluctant, to help barman lazing of the soft when I approached the bar and he she shrugged and pointed and looked inconvenienced that he had to do work?! When I went down to explain to the reception re my CPAP he was largely unsupportive and unsympathetic. He asked why didn’t I let them know as if it was my fault. I just took for granted with over 30years of travelling that a bedside socket is standard even for a 4* Hotel. This place is barely a 3* IMHO I’ve contacted the rep and asked to a transfer on the grounds of medical discrimination I’ll be waiting for a response from Jet 2. It can come soon enough. It’s Saturday. Today and they apparently only attend Sunday? But the phone line said it’s a Monday. So not a clue when the rep is in or if they’ll make the call to me today as requested and earlier promised...?? We have booked our 2025 break in May already to another destination if this isn’t sorted I’ll be cancelling it never to return to Jet 2. But in all fairness I’ve never had an issue in 2 Years of flying/Holidaying with them. If my rep is reading this, please help us.
