Will never use this place again noise from the rooms above doors banging this place is used by contractors so I had a lorry parked outside my window it was started up at 6.15 in the morning the room was cold the heater didn't work so they gave me a oil radiator the only sockets in the room are across the table so the cord only just reached and blocked the walk way round the bed not good when you use a walking stick next the bathroom mould around the bath mould on the door back to the main room chair was fixed with a couple of screws there was stains on the carpet reception staff don't care I was told nothing they could do it's an old building try calling head office no help no apologies I checked out a day early still no apologies £230 what a rip off please see photos don't stay here save your money

It's just the type of hotel where you sleep because you are passing through/doing something in the area. That being said, our experience was poor and we feel we totally didn't get our money worth, considering a £150 charge, we found ourselves with: not a warm welcome (ok it was during the heatwave and the reception was essentially hell on earth but still); only 1 set of towels instead of 2 as if the booking hadn't been read correctly; the air conditioning wasn't working and we are fairly sure this was known because there was an old fan in the room (there was also a refurb going on in another wing of the place so would explain why it might have been cut). There were only x3 sockets available and none near the bed, making it inconvenient for charging or if you had to be there for work. As mentioned, there was a refurb so also the restaurant was closed and wasn't possible to get food, pubs in the area were shutting the kitchens at 9pm (pretty surprising and we are not from inner London) so that made it a rush in the evening and nothing to look forward in the morning after the night.

Just another premier inn on the outskirts of town. The attached pup was as expected too. However the staff and especially suran made our stay so good and enjoyable. I’m writing somethingtoudeuotherdesignatedamountoflettersnowsosickitup The end

This Inn is very tired and outdated. Although the room was fairly clean I was very disappointed in the overall feel of the room. The room ‘depressed’ me. I’ve stayed in numerous Premier Inn’s over the UK and this was the worst and would not stay here again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this premier inn because it was so lovely the first time. A BIG shout out to Dave on the reception, an absolute gentleman that goes above and beyond to help you. Will see you again! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable x

Staff at reception are always hospitable and on one occasion, Upendra went over and beyond to provide me with an Ultimate Wi-Fi 24-HR access voucher after listening to my complaints about shockingly poor service on two previous stays, that prevented me from working remotely due to the advertised speeds not being met. Upendra also highlighted that upgrade works have since been implemented to rectify this in the building.

Extremely comfortable bed, hotel very basic but served its purpose. No on site restaurant however friendly pub next door selling pub grub. I want to say a particular thank you to Bernie on the front desk who was very helpful with booking me a taxi and friendly.
