We stayed for three nights, wonderful staff, gorgeous hotel, we had dinner one night in the hotel, the food was amazing, we had lunch one of the days, the soup and sandwich menu, excellent, we used the spa, which was lovely, a lovely relaxing stay. Thank you.

Hartwell House is a dream: Extraordinary historic country property: gorgeous grounds, andA beautiful building spanning the Jacobean to the 18th century . The primary rooms are gorgeous and intact, of great scale and beautifully decorated. I was fortunate enough to stay in the DuBery Suite, with beautiful views out to the property. The staff was incredible kind and welcoming, the food wonderful and sophisticated. And the building quirky in all the best of ways. If you are tired of overpriced hotel experiences, where everything looks like everything else, Hartwell House is the antidote….truly authentic and very comfortable And i believe a great value for the privilege of enjoying such historic spaces, fires in the fireplace, friendly but extremely professional service: an extremely high quality experience and at a great value…

We stayed for three nights in the Lee Suite. This is expensive but well worth it. Very spacious with large bedroom, hall, elegant separate sitting room and two bathrooms. It also had a lovely view. I enjoyed everything about our stay, including the building itself, the environment, the excellent restaurant and the service

Came here to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary. Expensive but exceptional! From the gorgeous room to the excellent staff, it was perfection. Thanks to all who made our visit so good.

This was a really excellent 4 night stay - relaxing, restful, peaceful, with some energetic moments including cycling around the wonderful grounds. The food was amazing, the service excellent and the house was extraordinary with such a history. Waiters, waitresses and reception staff professional and welcoming and thanks to the guys who fetched my bike for my daily cycles! The spa was really good and I experienced massage, facial, swimming, the club room and manicure and pedicure. All the therapists were really good but I much just mention Caitlin who did a tremendous job with the manicure and pedicure. So friendly, open and professional - well done and thanks to all.
