Manici Kasri

Manici Kasri, where we stayed for 2 nights, is located in Yesilyurt, a small and very pleasant historical village. The location of the hotel is very good, especially the staff is very helpful and well-intentioned. The quality of service in the hotel's restaurant and the beach facility located under the olive trees of the hotel by the sea is quite satisfactory. However, the management, cleaning, maintenance and follow-up of problems in Gelincik villa, where we stayed, and other villas are problematic. The houses were very hot, but just one air conditioner did not cool the entire villa. When we mentioned the situation, they were told to let the technical team check it. The staff who came was very well-intentioned and helpful, but the solution, which was to try to cool the rooms without air conditioning with a fan, was quite insufficient. We spent 2 nights in the villa, feeling distressed and sweaty because of the heat. The location is good, the employees are helpful, the beach by the sea is quite good, but I think there is a lack of coordination and management problems with the management of the houses. In this sense, the price/benefit ratio is a bit high.

Great healing experience in all senses. Not only being lazy and lying down in the hotel but also an additional nice therapeutic experience customized by a doctor, and a yoga master as well as a unique menu for all purposes of treatments. I was a solo traveller and enjoyed a lot and recommending anyone who are looking for a well-being holiday. Many thanks

I have been this hotel couple of times before, today I just wanted use the beach. When I came in the beach Miss Ayse was there and she said I am not allowed to use the sunbed in front of the sea those are for hotel customers. Of course this is a company policy which is acceptable but Miss Ayse was super rude, her gesture and language made me feel like I am a second class. I was planing to come next year but, the thought of Miss Ayse being there bothers me. In addition thanks to Mr Ismail, he is the one convince us to stay for a day with his kindness.
