This hotel cancelled my booking a week before my holiday even though I had paid in full. That says a lot about the personality of the managers. And I can see from the comments that I'm not the first person this has happened to. In short, if you fall in love with this pretty garden, make sure you have a back-up solution.

We have spent a lot of time finding the right place for our vacation but at the last moment after texting the hotel we understood this hotel is not pet friendly. Would you please revise your website and data if there is a change? Visitors trust the information on the website, so if they are not reliable it could be very confusing to book a hotel. A beautiful place in the middle of the nature. The owner, Berkay, is very friendly and helpful. So is his staff. Rooms are very clean, service was excellent and the location is perfectly at a pleasant distance from all the fuzz. We enjoyed our 3 day stay here and will definitely come back.

Bir konaklamadan beklenen her şeyin karşılığını aldığımız bir tesis oldu. Kahvaltısı hep taze ve kaliteli, odalar ***et temiz ve yardımcı olan arkadaşlar çok güler yüzlüydü. Bir daha Cunda'ya gelirsek farklı bir alternatif aramamıza gerek olmayacak :)

Otel personeli çok ilgiliydi. Kapıdan içeri girdiğinizde oda mis gibi kokuyordu. Havludan tutun yataktaki pikeye kadar banyo vs her şey tertemiz ve pırıl pırıldı. Park sorunu da yok. Cunda merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Otel işletmecisini tebrik ediyorum. Cunda ya bir daha gidişimde ilk bu otele bakarım. Tşk ederiz

Genel olarak görüşümüz olumlu olmakla birlikte (fiyat/performans açısından) iyi ve geliştirilmesi gereken yönlerini hem müşteriler hem de işletme sahibi/yöneticileri için sıralayalım, Olumlu yönler; bazı yorumlarda merkeze uzak denilmiş ama tam cunda merkez dediğimiz Taş Kahveye en fazla 10 dk yürüme mesafede yani merkeze uzak değil, Personel iyi niyetli ve ***retli, Otel eski değil, Çarşaf ve havlular temiz, Bahçe çok güzel ışıklandırma ve peyzaj güzel, Olumsuz yönler; banyodan ciddi bir sigara kokusu geliyor ve odayı kaplıyor, odalarda sigara içilmemesi gerektiği takip ve uyarısı gerekli, Banyolar eski ve bakımsız, Perdelerde yırtıklar vardı bence kesinlikle değiştirilmeli, Resimlerde göründüğü gibi değil otel/oda fotoğraflar yanıltıcı, Kahvaltı çok standart birkaç dokunuş istiyor, masalar ve tabaklar iyi temizlenmeli ve kahvaltısı bitenlerin masaları hemen toplanmalı, kediler masalara çıkarak artıkları yemeye çalışıyor ve personel bu konuda biraz önemsemez gibi görünüyor, Kahvaltıda sunulan zeytinler hem siyah hem de yeşil çok kötü, sanırım Ayvalık ilçesinin en kötü zeytinlerini kullanmışlar, sanırım bozulmuşlardı, insanlar Ayvalık’ta kahvaltıda güzel zeytin yemeli bence, Son olarak fiyat makul fiyat performans için kötü değil, fiyat benim için öncelikli diyorsaniz kalınabilir ama konfor vd. Benim için öncelik diyorsanız başka tercihler yapılmalı.
