Online reservations only include breakfast but not dinner. If you want to say that for such a remote place, you can just buy more when you check in. In fact, I called the hotel in advance. From the name Azumino Hotaka View Hotel, I thought it would be a hotel with a great view, but the room on the first floor only had a view of the courtyard, so I couldn't see any view. The equipment in the room is also not good. There was only a mirror in the bathroom, and there was no vanity or full-length mirror. No glass cups either. Drinking whiskey in the room was also terrible as it was in a plastic cup. It was not a hotel worth the price.

The amenities are flimsy. There are only bath towels and hot spring towels. No face towels or hand towels. Are they supposed to wash your face in the morning with a hot spring towel? The food is okay. The bath and toilet facilities are old. They are cleaned.

The bath is far away, and I know it's deep in the mountains, but the open-air bath was full of moths and insects and felt disgusting, so I couldn't go in. There were quite a few small insects floating in the indoor bath as well. There was so much hair in the changing room that I thought it was unsanitary. There are almost no amenities, so you have to bring your own. Unfortunately, I won't be going again.
