Aufgrund einer Einladung zur Hochzeit hatten wir lange Zeit im Vorraus ein Doppelzimmer reserviert. Dies würde uns auch doppelt bestätigt. Bei Ankunft am Anreisetag,lag leider darüber keine Information vor. Es herrschte etwas Hektik da noch andere Gäste am anreisen waren. Wir bekamen nach etwas Wartezeit ein Zimmer zugeteilt, dieses Einzelzimmer haben wir als Paar bezogen. Leider war dies sehr kühl im Badezimmer, da die Heizung nicht ausreichend funktionierte. Am Abreisetag wollten wir unsere Rechnung gleich bezahlen, darauf wurde uns mitgeteilt dass dies nicht möglich ist. Da für die Erstellung der Rechnung das Büro in Köln verantwortlich sei. Wir erhielten einige Wochen später per Mail die Rechnung. Diese beinhaltete ein Doppelzimmer+ und wurde erfasst als Korrekturrechnung der Korrekturrechnung.
