The hotel is in Sentul City， surrounded by beatuiful natural scenery. You can enjoy stunning mountain views from the room. The Aeon Mall is within walking distance . However, the facilities need maintenance-the shower kept switching from cold to hot, and the breakfast coffee machine was down.

I love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!

I had a pleasant stay at The Alana Sentul. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. The location was convenient and close to several restaurants. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay again.
