I checked in the hotel at 21:30 and found some broken in the bathroom. I noticed this issue but this hotel did not change my room. So, I should be waited for a long time (over 30 minutes) in the room. I cannot understand why they did not repair in advance. Someone can see the broken everyday.

Because in Bac Ninh,not too many choice for a good hotel.
This hotel marked 5 star but it is not value that.
If in China it will be a 3 star.
