"The hotel room is quite big, and the front desk can all speak Chinese, which is very worry-free. There is a KTV in the middle, but it doesn't seem to be noisy. Maybe the KTV doesn't have much business. There are a lot of taxis parked downstairs, which makes traveling very convenient. A taxi to the airport usually costs 400,000 VND. It would be nice if the hotel provided breakfast."

LLinhJust stayed at this new hotel and honestly, I was really impressed. The room I got had a balcony and it was super spacious – way bigger than I expected! The staff were all really friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay even better. Breakfast was good too – decent variety and everything tasted fresh. Spa has 3-4 hot saunas. Guests can use for free. Nice receptionists. However, I double booked myself into two mandalas same night ( wrong location). This issue still hasn’t been resolved.

Although it is located in a downtown area, the sound insulation of the room is very good, completely free from outside noise, so that I can rest at ease. The room is spacious, decorated in a simple business style, and the lighting is soft, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The beds are moderately hard and soft, the bedding is clean and tidy, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The office area is equipped with ergonomic chairs and a spacious desk, which is convenient for me to handle work affairs. In addition, free high-speed Wi-Fi is provided in the room, and the network is stable, which is very practical for me who need to deal with emails and meetings at any time.

GGuest UserVery spacious room, great view on the 15th floor facing the older parts of Bac Ninh town. A lot of local flavor behind the hotel for those willing to explore on foot. The historical Bac Ninh Cathedral is nearby and hosts Christmas light-up activities. Good breakfast at the hotel buffet, but avoid going at other times because there are few other guests and the serving time is long. almost seem like they had to call in the chief to prepare your meal. A burger took close to 1-hour 3 separate times. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels changed daily, but the carpet could use some refreshing. very friendly staff.

GGuest UserI just saw a friend leave a bad review, and it had the same experience as mine: 1. If you arrive early, you can't check in and have to wait until 2:00 PM. If you want to check in early, it's a 400 RMB fee. This is the hotel's policy, and since you've chosen to comply, there's nothing wrong with that. But what happened next was outrageous. 2. I wanted to extend my stay in my original room, and the front desk told me I could do it (there were rooms available online at the time). I assumed I didn't need to arrive too early. When I went to check in, they told me the on-site rate would increase by over 200 RMB, which I refused. I asked Ctrip for help, and Ctrip customer service was very attentive and tried to communicate with me for a long time, but the front desk said no, there were no rooms available. I had no choice but to move to another hotel, but an hour or two later, the same price and room type were available. What a scam! 3. The hotel's breakfast wasn't commensurate with the price. There are some good points, though; it's a new hotel, and the facilities are decent. I hope they can be more sincere and less tactical with Chinese customers.

The front desk service is 10 points good. I can't communicate with the rider when booking takeaway. The front desk lady also solves it for you one by one. I also help to call the car to the airport for free. For me who is not familiar with the road, it is 10 points considerate.
The room is in ideal health, the facilities are quite new, there is a washing machine in the bathroom, there is also a small kitchen, I am quite satisfied with this rental.
