Really liked this friendly lakeside hotel on the outskirts of the town. Breakfast was fine but there were extras that could be added or alternatives for a price. Good restaurants for other meals a short walk away and the centre of Bacalar only 20 minutes. Nice small town.

Aldea 19 is one of my favorite places to enjoy the Bacalar Lagoon. The entrance to the lagoon is one of the most beautiful and comfortable I've encountered. The service they offer, both in lodging and food, is first-class. You'll be lucky to meet the owners and chat with them, as they are entirely attentive to their guests. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have a sailboat ride that leaves directly from the pier and is totally worth it! There's always room for improvement, but you're doing an incredible job. I'll be back to check it out again! Thank you for everything! This is my second time bringing a group of over 10 people to Aldea 19, and they've exceeded my expectations both times. If you're interested in further creating new experiences and activations such as cooking classes, yoga retreat... please do not hesitate to contact me! Good location but very overpriced.Small modern room, tiny bathroom,washbasin in room, no patio,no drawers, wardrobes or cupboards,only 4 hangers on a wall hook.Breakfast ok with basic menu,nice staff.

Although the first day at the hotel started off rough with no electricity due to a fallen tree in town, the bar was open and we enjoyed the beautiful views from their patios on the water and the cool water swings and hammocks, doesn't get any better than this. Carlos the owner was friendly and helpful, the staff so attentive. Room includes a very nice breakfast eaten right over the water. Take your own hair dryer is my only advice. Nice room, very clean, great A/C and lots of hot water in the shower. Would definitely go back.

Tuve un accidente en la regadera, el cristal del cancel se soltó del riel y se estrelló, me corté en las manos, las piernas, parte del estómago, heridas superficiales pero varias, no solo recibimos una muy lenta y pésima atención de emergencia por parte del hotel, si no que el gerente pretendía cobrarme el cristal que estaba en mal estado, le demostré que el riel estaba roto y que jamás limpiaron los cristales de la regadera, jamás nos cambiaron de cuarto y que está un peligro ese baño, el con la negativa de todo y pretendiendo cobrar el cristal , hasta amenizó con retírame del hotel con la fuerza pública, pésima experiencia, sus instalaciones no son de buen nivel, escalones enlamdos, no hay buena accesibilidad y por las noches no hay atención en recepción

Llegué con una amiga el día viernes 15 de noviembre a la 13:30 p.m. a la recepción del hotel. No fue un día soleado, pero pudimos disfrutar de los servicios y comodidades de las instalaciones. Nos entregaron una habitación cómoda, ambientada y limpia. En recepción, nos entregaron una hoja, en donde venía los lugares/restaurantes/actividades turísticos que se pueden hacer en los alrededores; al igual que los horarios de su restaurante y de lo anteriormente mencionado. Lo que destaca del hotel Aldea 19 es la cercanía de la laguna de Bacalar de los 7 colores, que puedes meterte con toda seguridad, tiene camastros, y columpios en el agua. Teníamos desayuno incluido y pudimos disfrutar de un desayuno rico y completo y jugo fresco. Recomiendo ir con familia/en pareja/o solo. las instalaciones y los servicios lo permiten.

Excelente opción para un buen desayuno, pan de masa madre hecho en casa y la.vista es muy bonita , el pan de plátano y sus conchas son muy ricas, Recomiendo ampliar su menú para almuerzos puesto que solo hay alimentos de 8 am a 2 ok y es el mismo menú, precio promedio de 150 pesos por platillo
