This hotel was nice, I had one of the rooms with the terrace out to the front of the hotel. Having now been there I think this was a better room than one of the poolside ones as they were probably noisier. There was a problem with my door lock and this was fixed in a timely manner even thought it was 1st Jan ! I didn’t have breakfast but it looked nice when I saw people as I was checking out. They called a cab for me when I needed it. The oool and seating area looked nicer in real life than the photos which were on **********. This hotels is about. 10 min walk from the main shops/food/tourist area. This suited me but may not suite everyone.

une expérience malhonnête ayant réservé une chambre double Deluxe ou le descriptif précise la présence d un extérieur (balcon terrasse). je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre normale sans extérieur. suite à ma demande d' explications et trouver une solution , le gérant m ay gentiment envoyé me faire voir. autant une erreur pouvait arriver j aurais compris un geste sur le surplus de prix payé mais la m envoy me faire voir avec une impolitesse je vous le déconseille fortement.

Es un hotel sencillo pero esta lindo, bien limpio y con buenos servicios. Tuvimos desayuno incluido tipo americano sencillo pero rico y el personal siempre muy amable. Se encuentra a 3 cuadras del eco parque Bacalar donde hay un muelle y puedes entrar a la Laguna a nadar.

Muy bueno! Excelente atención de sus dueños y empleadas. Súper amables. Y su mascota también! 😂 Gran compañero! Habitaciones acordes a su precio y a lo que es Bacalar. Sabanas y toallas limpias todos los días. Muy limpio todo! Habitaciones y espacios comunes. Tiene pileta y espacio para relajarse en sillas, sillones y hamacas. Zona muy tranquila, nada ruidoso. (Salvo por algún gallo cantor 🤣) Totalmente recomendable.

Séjour très décevant. Personnel désagréable, en particulier le patron. Extrêmement bruyant (bruit de coqs, aboiements du chien du propriétaire). J’ai été contraint de descendre à 5h30h du matin pour ordonner au patron de faire taire son chien qui aboyait aux fenêtres depuis 20 minutes. Petit déjeuner horrible (biscottes aussi dures que la tables, jus d’orange à payer en supplément) Enfin les activités proposées par l’hôtel sont plus chères que dans le reste de Bacalar (bien que le patron vous assure l’inverse pour vendre ses prestations)

El administrador de este hotel es un prepotente grosero saqueador!! Nos hizo una reserva mañosa y luego la canceló para vendernos una habitación más cara, además de que nos insultó insinuando que no teníamos con qué pagar. Definitivamente no es un lugar seguro para viajeros.

L'hôtel est très joli, très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La majorité des chambres sont au rez-de-chaussée avec vis à vis sur la chambre d'en face donc rideau occultant fermé en permanence. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Le gros point noir est le bruit. Cet hôtel est à l'angle de 2 rues dont une très passante (impossible de dormir sans boules quies), sans parler des chiens et coqs que l'on entend en permanence. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel qui est éloigné du centre mais en fait il est éloigné et bruyant. Aucun rangement dans les chambres qui sont humides et le petit déjeuner est trop tardif pour ceux qui veulent démarrer de bonne heure des activités
