Mixed Experience – Disappointed by Front Desk Practices The hotel itself is good and comfortable, but unfortunately, our experience was affected by repeated misinformation from the reception staff. Firstly, we were shocked when they tried to charge us €250 for two people to join a third person in a room already booked for one person. This rate was higher than booking a new room entirely. Only when we said we would leave and find another hotel did they suddenly change the price to €50 per person per night, totaling €100 – a significant and suspicious difference from the original amount. Secondly, when we inquired about parking, we were told we could use our room key to access the parking area. At no point were we informed that it would cost €11 per day. Like most hotels, we assumed parking would be complimentary for guests. This lack of transparency felt misleading. Overall, it seemed like the staff were more focused on upselling or overcharging rather than offering a genuine and welcoming experience. This left us with a poor impression of the service, despite the hotel itself being nice. Would not recommend based on our experience with the front desk.

We recently just ended our stay in Bad Aibling for 4 days and Das Lindner is amazing!!! The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay incredible. Definitely recommend the suites as they are spacious, beds are beyond comfortable and rooms are very clean with great working amenities. The restaurant and breakfast are also first class and Lucas goes above and beyond in making your stay amazing.

We have stayed here several times while traveling. But this time it was very disappointing. No one to be seen at the reception. We had a comfort room that was absolutely no comfort. Old cold room with mini bathroom and a hard bed. Breakfast 24 euros. We found that disproportionate. Therefore, do not expect any comfort when you book the comfort room.

Everything was to our complete satisfaction, staff, food and location, we had a Junior Sweet and it met our needs, big, with everything you would expect. Breakfast was stocked with everything you could want. Dinner once in the Street Kitchen (super friendly and attentive staff) and in the living room, everything was to our complete satisfaction. We would gladly go back.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team des Lindner für die ganz besondere Gastfreundschaft. Selten haben wir uns in einem Hotel so nett aufgenommen gefühlt. Die freundliche und familäre Atmosphäre ist ein Garant für Entschleunigung und Entspannung. Vor allem unsere großzügige Junior Suite im modernen Anbau wollten wir gar nicht wieder verlassen.
