Einfaches Hotel in Bad Arolsen mit einigen wenigen Zimmern. Das Restaurant hingegen ist erstaunlich gut, und dies zu sehr fairen Preisen. Wir hatten Rumpsteak und ein Glas Chardonnay-Wein. Service langsam, aber gut.

Das Hotel könnte wahrlich nicht besser liegen: mitten im Zentrum von Bad Arolsen, dem Schloss direkt gegenüber. Die Flure des Hotels verströmen der Charme der frühen 90er, hier gibt es einen gewissen Investitionsstau, allerdings sind die Zimmer frisch renoviert und wirklich gut. An der Sauberkeit gibt es ebenfalls nichts auszusetzen - alles hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich, aber absolut ausreichend.

Heerlijk gegeten. Op aanvraag heeft de chef heerlijk glutenvrij eten gemaakt, echt top. Daarnaast zijn ze supervriendelijk en kwam de chef (uit Nederland) gezellig een praatje maken! Dikke aanrader om hier te eten!

Wir waren als Familie in zwei Doppelzimmern untergebracht. Die Zimmer bieten alles, was man braucht. Die Boxspringbetten sind neu, leider waren die Topper sehr weich, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Das Essen im Restaurant war immer lecker und reichlich. Frühstück ok. Personal immer freundlich und auch hilfsbereit, wenn man eine Frage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Ausflügen hatte.

Wer Abends nach 20 Uhr etwas essen möchte, sollte sich ein anderes Restaurant suchen. Ab 20.30 Uhr ist die Küche zu. Dieses ist mir 2 Tage hintereinander passiert.Beim ersten Tag musste ich genau 25 Minuten warten bis die Bedienung an meinem Tisch war, obwohl nur an 4 Tischen Gäste waren. Wenn man kein Geld verdienen will, sollte man ein Schild am Eingang hinhängen. „Gäste unerwünscht „ Vielleicht wäre auch ein Berufswechsel sinnvoll.

Dieses Restaurant ist wirklich empfehlenswert,auch bei Glutenunverträglichkeit,wie sie bei mir vorliegt. Das Essen hat wirklich gut geschmeckt,ist reichlich und der Preis angemessen.Der holländische Koch kam sogar bei uns an den Tisch,um mit mir die Auswahl zu besprechen. Auch der Service ist großartig,überaus höflich,freundlich und aufmerksam.

Wir waren mittags zum Essen da. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste, wurden freundlich und sehr persönlich empfangen, haben frisch, gut und reichlich gegessen und klasse holländisches Ale dazu getrunken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern einmal wieder.
