A comfortable hotel in Bad Gastein, a good breakfast, free parking and wi-if but there were some details that important to know- No air conditioning in room (most days AC not essential but in hot days it could be a disadvantage) The hotel is relatively close to the main road, it could be disturbing for light sleepers No elevator - we were at the second floor (not a big pleasure to take the valises up…) Only one of the wall plugs were available in the room (2 if you disconnect the TV), the others, probably, were intentionally disabled by the hotel (look at picture), we had more than 2 devices to charge which made it complicated…

More of a youth hostel than a hotel. Friendly staff, simple rooms with a problem with hot water in the early evening hours and sometimes very noisy. The price is a bit high for a standard room of this quality. However, you get a very good breakfast package.

The room was very modern, but unfortunately there were no Austrian TV channels. A balcony and kettle were also part of the facilities. The bathroom/toilet was very small, but functional and also very modern. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and good for us. We also really liked the bar in the evening, the service was very friendly and the beer was good.

gut renoviertes schlichtes hotel in der ortsmitte/ bahnhofsnähe, daher auch gut geeignet für radreisende die keine monstersteigungungen vor dem zugtransfer unter den hohen tauern mehr bewältigen wollen, mit ein paar schönen designideen, geräumige fahrradräume in ehemaliger gaststube, zimmerlage im hinteren gebäudeteil auch ruhig, blick auf die hohen tauern, frühstück erst ab 8h (!), sehr gutes preis-/ leistungsverhältnis
