이 호텔은 칼스루에 중앙역에서 S1 기차를 타면 마지막에 종착역 앞에 있습니다. 산 위에 있어서 조금 언덕을 올라가야 합니다. 하지만 아파트먼트에서 숙박했는데 가족 여행으로 가장 훌륭한 숙소가 될것 같습니다. 온천이랑 수영장도 있어요!

Beautiful place. Room are spacious and clean. The spa area is small yet enough for « beginners ». Nice dining area and menu. Breakfast is great ! Staff is helpful. If not a German speaker, only English will go. Book massage well in advance… very limited schedule.

Nettes Hotel mit entspannendem Spa, leckerem Frühstücksbuffet und zuvorkommendem Personal vor Ort. Leider war die Buchung am Telefon eine reine Katastrophe. Das Hotel nutzt am Telefon einen AI Bot, der einem mit Enthusiasmus die Buchung ändert und noch eine Massage hinzugefügt! Klingt gut, nur leider steht man dann doof da weil nichts durchgegangen ist da die AI "noch üben muss" und, obwohl sie einem sagt alles wäre okay, nichts bucht oder ändert!! Also ist die AI nicht nur nutzlos sondern aktiv irreführend!

Super établissement rien a redire le restaurant hyper bon , le petit déjeuner copieux. Le personnel au petit soin. Le seul petit point négatif est la température fraiche de la piscine. Sinon super hôtel
