The rooms are very nice, comfortable and elegant. The staff is very helpfull (Sarah and Dorinel). We apreciated the diversity and the quality of the food. You can go directly from the hotel to Alpentherme. We spent 4 ski holydays here and for sure we'll be back next year.

It was most beautiful new year stay with family Norica hotel. The owners, staff and all the team are so kind, attentive and hospitable. You really feel like at the family place. Amazing spa complex is easy to reach in your bath robe and if you do not want to go to the big spa complex you can easily stay at the home spa, which is great, new and comfortable. We were mixing both spas. Rooms are really clean, stylish, and very comfortable. For last 3 nights we were lucky to use Sky Lux, it was absolutely unforgetable, you really sleep in nature, under the stars. And you feel like a star. Or you take a bath near the window screen from floor to ceiling. As per food - it is very good, natural, every day you have wonderful breakfast, which includes really everything. They cook individually your eggs, omelettes, crepes, pancakes, all is so fresh and nice smelling! Variety is really wide and nothing finishes, whenever you come to your breakfast. During the day you have also a kind of lunch, included in to your room price, which has always a soup, hot meal and a choice of deserts. And of course, amazing dinner in the end of your day! We strongly recommend this hotel and are planing to come again soon.

Lovely spa but the €77 facial was appallingly bad! I have never had such a bad facial before and had to wash my face afterwards. Stick to the steam rooms etc. The saunas and steam rooms and relaxation rooms are good.

Stayed there for ten days. Experience was almost perfect. Beautiful rooms, very good service, excellent spa, Alpentherme is a large and modern facility with plenty of opportunities to relax. Funicular is a 15mins walk away. Not the cheapest hotel in Gastein, but I found it worth it.

I booked by phone and no deposit or anything was required. We were warmly welcomed and we were able to change the half-board to breakfast without any problems. The discount is EUR 15 per person. The employees seem motivated and are more than friendly and helpful. The room with the balcony (room 203) was nice and spacious. Fridge in the room and safe are included. Admission to the thermal baths in Bad Hofgastein was included on the day of arrival and included on the day of departure until 11 a.m. From then on, a surcharge of EUR 23 per person is due. We took advantage of this and were able to use the room longer (without extra charge!) on the day of departure... simply perfect service! All in all, it's not cheap, but it's very well located and the service is perfect!! Hence my 100% recommendation!!!!!

Very family friendly. We went there with our grandparents and our 3 children. Beautiful, pleasant rooms, exactly the 4S stars. Very good and high quality food. Friendly staff. Everything you would expect from a hotel of this class was fulfilled perfectly. Direct access to the thermal baths, bathrobe with bag was also very practical.

Отдыхали в Норике компанией из 7 человек (1 ребенок), впечатления потрясающие. Питание вкусное и разнообразное, для отдельное меню. Официанты и бармены приветливы, многие разговаривают на русском языке (отдельный респект Миленко и Славко)!Номера очень комфортные. Для тех кто катается на лыжах или сноуборде-есть комната для хранения снаряжения. На ресэпшине дали карты для бесплатного проезда общественным транспортом, но в принципе до горы можно и пешком 6-8 мин ходьбы! Очень понравились термальные источники!!! Проход до них сделан под землей (одел плавки, халат и полотенце и вперёд) Огромное разнообразие саун и бассейнов, для отдельные зоны "Family zone" Вообщем всем советую посетить это место!!!
