Charming Hotel in the center of Bad Homburg across the park. Shops, Banks, Restaurants in walking distance. Ver friendly and helpful staff. Underground parking, w-lan and perfect breakfast. Room was a bit smal and warm after a hot day, but open window cooled it down quickly. Motorcycle visitors are welcome. Will always stay here again.

The hotel is very centrally located near the spa gardens in Bad Homburg. The room was spacious, clean and traditionally furnished. The bathroom was also big enough and newly renovated - very pleasant. The service was good, we were part of a wedding party that stayed at the hotel, and because we had eaten the excellent breakfast relatively late, we were a bit late checking out - no problem, the room cards were reactivated. The only thing was the garage, which we didn't use, is quite narrow and can only be used by SUVs with a lot of cranking and skill. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Hotel room: My room was not even remotely comparable to those in the pictures. Cramped and old furnishings. It seemed like I was staying in an additional rented annex, reminiscent of the 80s. Parking: The biggest issue for me. There are parking spaces in the garage, but only 20 of them. These cannot be reserved on request, even though they are numbered. At the hotel reception I was told that there are always enough spaces available. When I wanted to park, everything was taken. Actually, there are double boxes that you could drive down. But because an SUV is usually too big for that, that is not done. In addition, some hotel guests are not able to park normally, so the number of parking spaces is halved. At the very end there are 2 parking spaces that cannot be used because you simply cannot drive in. Generous scratches on the wall are evidence of attempts to park.
