I had a short business stay at Parkhotel Bad Homburg, everything was perfect. Here, I would like to highlight a truly remarkable staff member at the breakfast. A young Black gentleman wearing Vans Old Skool sneakers was incredibly kind and attentive. When I casually mentioned I’d love a sunny-side-up egg, he offered to make one right away, with such calm, friendly service. He brought a warmth that’s rare in German hospitality and made my morning feel special. Hope the hotel knows what a gem they have.

I stayed here for more than 20 years already but is is time say good-bye. The service has deteriorated to a point where I just have to stop. No receptionist after 10 pm. If you are unlucky you are stranded because you can't check-in without someone opening the door to the automatic check-in machine. Wi-Fi signal very weak. No air-cond. it was terribly hot in the room. No access to the gym without prior approval by the receptionist. Bye-bye Park hotel

hotel is located in great area in bad hamburg , even it is far from Frankfurt ( if you would like to go there . rooms are clean breakfast is basic , service i fare , sleep quality should be better .price is fare

Stayed many times this time very poor Nobody at breakfast and buffet very poor selection and over priced asked for fried egg and had not sure not scrambled or cooked Room not made up no sir con room at 29c Needs updating Car packing to garage impossible fuel to repairs
