Preis-Leistung top! Frühstück, Fitnessraum, kleines Schwimmbad, Saunen und großes Zimmer tadellos für den Preis. Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Alles liebevoll hergerichtet, was das ein oder andere "rostige" Detail wett macht. Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

The most important thing when you book a night at any hotel is to get a good night’s sleep. And when it’s 35 degrees outside and you check in to a room with no air conditioning or fans provided, it’s just not acceptable. The temperature in our bedroom was 32 degrees making it impossible to sleep until the temperature starting dropping around 2am. Apart from the lack of sleep the hotel was ok, a bit outdated, but ok service. Food in restaurant was very traditional German and quite expensive, but tasted ok.

Gebucht und bestätigt aber keine Zimmer! Ein unfassbar unfreundlich und ungeschultes Personal am Empfang erklärte uns dass sie keine Zimmer mehr haben. Der Fehler seines von einer Kollegin. Kein Bedauern, keine Hilfe um 18 Uhr für eine Ersatzunterkunft! Dieses Hotel hat max. Jugendherbergsniveau, wenngleich dort die Verantwortlichen sicherlich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter gewesen wären. Wir kommen nicht wieder - keine Angst!

Selbst ein Stern ist noch zu gut bewertet - dieses Hotel ist keinerlei eine Empfehlung! Wir hatten ein Jahr vorher eine Reservierung gemacht, welche angeblich nicht mehr im System gefunden werden konnte (trotz schriftlicher Buchungsbestätigung!!). Die Dame an der Rezeption ist leider weder kompetent noch freundlich gewesen - eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht, stattdessen Beleidigungen. Demnach mussten wir uns eigenständig um eine Alternative kümmern. Man hätte wenigstens noch Hilfe anbieten können um ein anderes Hotel zu finden? Es gibt viele andere schöne Hotels in der Umgebung, aber dieses Hotel kennt weder Kundenservice noch Freundlichkeit!

Das Hotel Villa Elsa überzeugte mich aufgrund der günstigen Lage, des sauberen Zimmers sowie des Preises. Die Ausstattung erinnert an die 80er und frühen 90er Jahre. Das Frühstücksbuffet war übersichtlich aber hat gut gereicht. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die freundlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr leise, weder von drinnen oder draußen. Der Standort ist klasse, da man in 3 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker, der Service ist echt nett.

Schon vor einem Jahr überzeugte uns das Hotel mit Komfort, Service und Lage. Trotz der schwierigen Corona-Situation geben die Mitarbeiter alles, damit sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels genossen. Vor dem reichhaltigen Frühstück konnten wir uns im Schwimmbad erfrischen. Angenehm sind die kurzen Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Am Abend wurden wir mit leckerem Essen verwöhnt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ein sehr ordentliches, sauberes und rundum ansprechendes Hotel. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbuffet nicht zu groß aber absolut ausreichend. Zudem besticht das Hotel durch die tolle Zentrale Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
