Everthing was great, especially the food and the friendly staff, the view is amazing from the hotel. There are lot of great program possibilities nearby, with the carintia card. They have nice spa, with sauna, in the afrernoun free coffee, tea, with cookies.

Landscape is miracle and the hotel service is first class. The staff is very friendly and very helpful to recommend trips in the area. Highly recommended for family trips. The playground and the wellness area are great for kids.

Very helpful staff, amazing environment, comfortable rooms, excellent kitchen. Super sport opportunities: Billiard, darts, ping pong, bowling. We tried and enjoyed them. Relaxing massage helped us to feel more comfortabe. Also our special requests were fulfilled. We are grateful for this holiday here.

Can’t recommend enough!Wonderful chalet style hotel.3 families with children aged 9-12. Perfect for this age group. The children LOVED the games room area, and play area. We all loved the delicious food at breakfast &dinner, and each evening feeling different, and effort made to make each night feel special.Afternoon tea delicious.Staff so attentive at dinner each evening Spa/pool etc perfect after a day in the slopes, and very much enjoyed a massage. The hotel was so comfy. Rooms had beautiful views, and very clean. Loads of great slopes within25 mins drives, as well as the resort slopes. Highly recommend the sledging at the top, just beautiful and fun.Hired some sledges from hotel. Kids loves fancy dress evening, and all the outfits they could borrow. We had a brilliant week.Thank you.

The best hotel experience I've ever had! The accomodation is perfect, clean, organized and has everything needed - and even more. Wellness is beautiful and quiet with saunas, swimming pool and massage options. The staff is kind and the food is heavenly!

Kind and helpful staff, amazing food, family friendly hotel. There are so many possibilities with family, spa, playroom, billiard, soccer, outdoor playground for small ones, bikes and etc... The breakfast contains homemade creams and pastas, the dinner is a gourmet travel. Every moment of our holiday was perfect.

Newly renovated hotel with smiling and helpful staff and excellent cuisine. The saunas and pool are also great. The location is also top! Buffet breakfast and 5-course dinner, which can be selected in several variations the day before. A real fattening cure, a mandatory half-hour walk after every meal. For this, there are great paths and alleys in the area.
