Very polite staff. Especially at the reception. Always ready to help. Many thanks to Kristina, Yulia and Sabina. They are always very kind. Very good hotel. We stay here for the second time and plan to come again. Very good breakfasts and especially a very bright and cozy restaurant with snow-white and starched tablecloths

This is a large and impressive hotel in the centre of the town with a public car park opposite. The rooms were generously proportioned and clean with a good sized ensuite with a bath with shower over. The breakfast was excellent, the best choice I've had so far on this trip (this is the fourth hotel). My only niggles were that there was no air conditioning in the rooms oh, and don't bother with the hotel bar as the service was appalling (no one serving and when I did manage to find the waiter I got charged 16€ for a glass of wine!

everything is top, we love the breakfast and also the Salinen Thermen. They are wonderful. Quiet hotel, with piano music in the evening in the weekend. Nice personnel, good and comfortable rooms. We come back ! You can do sports during the day. And also shopping of course in the city centre !

An excellent retreat and oasis. Clean, fresh, air, historical, no need to drive, wonderful food, combined with culture. Leave the phone and all behind, sauna appointments, and enjoy the warm water. Everything you need to do is walkable and quiet. You do not need to bring a bunch of stuff with you. Slippers, robes, towels, shampoos, all provided. Open the windows and enjoy the bells.

This was a fantastic stay with my new husband. The food was great, the room excellent and comfortable, the location calm and very nice. I would just say, make sure to ask about the amenities because they don't necessarily let you know about everything you have access to and you might miss out! For the price, you definitely don't want to miss out.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and I think it is good. Clean and good service. And close to the centrum. Next time I will try to have time for Spa also. Very good breakfast and nice rooms. thank you

Place was clean, beautiful and staff was kind. Prices are ok and the location is perfect! The hotel is right next to the thermal baths and saunas and a beautiful park. Perfekt for a wellness recovery.
