Staff are very helpful and polite. They made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. English is not spoken by all but everyone made the effort to communicate effectively. Rooms are immaculately clean, the suite we stayed in had kitchen amenities including stove top. The beds are very comfortable. Easy access to the pools and spa.

Small hotel newly opened in 2018 in direct contact with the reef adventure pool. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Furniture still in new condition. The resort borders on a small park with a pond and Kneipp pool. The guest reaches the public bath via a so-called bathrobe corridor. The breakfast is sufficient and in a quiet atmosphere. When booking half-board, this can be taken in the adjoining restaurant. However, the buffet is quite clear and not inviting! Staff very friendly and helpful. Possibilities of booking SPA treatments can also be booked. Unfortunately, the reef adventure pool was disappointing. Noisy, crowded and not particularly clean.

Schönes einfaches sauberes Hotel mit toller Wellness im Anschluss! Ich war dort geschäftlich und alles war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit! Die Lage an einer kleinen parkähnlichen Anlage ist sehr schön! Die Wellness Anlage nebenan ist ebenfalls sehr ansprechend und vielseitig! Ich hatte Glück und es war unter der Woche weniger los !
