We really liked this hotel. We had a nice room with a balcony, and there is a lift. Food was very good, served in a 4th floor restaurant. There was a hot buffet every night we were there, which was very good value. Breakfast was also good. There is a pool in the basement, and a lovely garden. Staff were helpful. Plenty of free parking. We would definitely stay again.

Wir waren übers Wochenende da, super Hotel, liegt zwar an der Straße, aber nix gehört davon. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden. das Schwimmbad ist tagsüber geöffnet. Frühstück immer lecker und vielseitig. Abendessen Buffet auch sehr lecker. Personal immer freundlich. Alles in allem hat es mir sehr gut gefallen. Y. Kühne

Wirklich eine schlechte Erfahrung von Anfang an diesem Hotel. Zuerst haben sie versucht, uns ein Zimmer zu geben, in dem man direkt über den Motoren wohnt, die mit der Belüftung im Hotel zu tun haben. Sie versuchten so zu tun, als hätten sie es noch nie zuvor erlebt, und das ist eine Lüge. Denn auch sie hatten offensichtlich kein Interesse daran, vorbeizukommen und den Sound selbst zu testen. Erst im dritten Zimmer, zu dem wir verwiesen wurden, konnten wir das Brummen aus dem Keller beseitigen. Die Betten im Zimmer sind wirklich schlecht. Es gibt keine Matratzenauflage, es werden Spannbettlaken verwendet und die Bettwäsche ist schlecht. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Es gibt auch keinen Wasserkocher. Der Fernseher ist das kleinste verfügbare Modell. Generell wirkt der Ort wie etwas aus den 80er-Jahren, als er wohl seine Blütezeit erlebte. Beachten Sie außerdem, dass bei Buchung ohne Frühstück 22 Euro pro Person zu zahlen sind!

Das Hotel Heikenberg in Bad Lauterberg kann ich nur empfehlen. Es ist Motorradbiker freundlich. Wenn verfügbar können bis zu 3 Motorräder kostenlos unter einem Carport gestellt werden. Das Frühstücks Büfett ist sehr reichlich in der Auswahl. Das Abend Büfett, ob mit Fleisch/Fisch oder vegetarisch, ist geschmacklich topp. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schön fand ich, dass im Übernachtungspreis die Benutzung des Schwimmbades inklusiv ist. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet und sauber.

Aufgrund der guten Rezensionen im Internet habe ich dieses Hotel gebucht. Leider war es eine große Enttäuschung! Die Zimmer sind für den Preis den man zahlt sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Die Matratzen waren in sehr schlechtem Zustand, so das man mit starken Rückenschmerzen aufgestanden ist. Das Frühstück war sehr mager und unappetitlich. Auch eine Mitarbeiterin die uns bedient hat, war sehr unfreudlich und hat uns angepöbelt weil wir uns schon hinsetzen wollten. Leider hat man sich als Gast kaum wohlgefühlt! Nie wieder!
