Best Western Premier Park Hotel and Spa

有泳池有桑拿，疲憊後去放鬆下，還是不錯。不過早餐相對簡單，吃不習慣。衹能應付下！周邊餐飲店也不多，當天着實餓着找了幾圈也沒有多少可選。

很好，不錯，很舒服

A few days break in the very nice Best Western Bad Lippspringe. We had a nice room with a view of the park. The room is modern and tastefully decorated. The beds are very good and the bathroom is also very tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The spa area is also nice. The restaurant is highly recommended and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.

We booked a suite with a whirlpool and the "pampering half board". The room and the wellness area belonging to the hotel were very nice and are recommended! The dinner included in the "pampering half board" was a buffet that in no way met the standard of a 4-star+ level. All of the hot food was lukewarm, the plates ice cold, the vegetables seemed to have been tipped from a freezer bag into a defrosting device and from there went straight into carelessly arranged containers on the buffet. No spices, oil, etc. The beef fillet, which was freshly cut, was tough and also lukewarm. We complained and had the half-board package cancelled for us, then ordered immediately from the menu. After the meal we complained directly to reception. There we were told quite harshly: We should please write a corresponding review. - Very poor complaint management!! - The breakfast buffet was not 4-star standard either, but OK. There was very little cold cuts, cheese, etc., there was no salmon at all, and bacon for the scrambled eggs was apparently sold out ;-) It's a shame that this otherwise very nice hotel devalues ​​itself with such a performance. Overall, I think the 4 stars+ in connection with the food, i.e. "pampering half board", is very exaggerated.

The hotel is very nice. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is clean. The wellness and spa area is excellent. The staff is competent, very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very chic and the food is very varied and tasty.

This is a luxury class hotel. We came here for the t****th time and it was nice again. Large room with huge and wonderful bed, bench and table and chairs. Huge bathroom with two sinks, plenty of room for our stuff, great rain shower. Sufficient towels, bathrobes, slippers and special towels for the wellness area. Everything spotlessly clean, both in and outside the room. Breakfast you will never forget, fantastic. Nice staff. Casting on the TV didn't work. A huge number of TV channels, including even Iraq, Iran and Russia (that is still possible these days), but despite the fact that we are neighbors: no Dutch channels. Pay separately for parking. Two real negatives for us: it is quite noisy and there is no air conditioning. On hot days it gets quite warm, especially at night. As for the noise: usually quiet guests come here. However, it was now high season and we were bothered by noise from neighbors. We would love to come back again.
