I stayed two nights here during a work trip to the area in April. Everything was fantastic. It made a work trip feel like a mini vacation. Taking in the view of the valley from the balcony in my room was a wonderful way to start the day. The breakfast was delicious and the lobby/lounge area was very comfortable and great place to unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. I will stay here again on my next trip to the area.

Very pleasant in a great location. Recommended at any time of year. Food at a high level, more difficult for the lesser purse. On occasion we will come back to enjoy again. Who knows with a sauna visit and a few days.

Absolutely recommendable hotel, with nice, courteous staff and a fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards and the Ahr Valley. In my opinion, the restaurant deserves at least 1 star for its very good food and great service. Those who start their hikes here save themselves the arduous ascent from the valley and are on the red wine hiking trail, which leads directly past the hotel. Gladly again 👍

Wir waren schon oft hier im Hotel und haben schöne Stunden verbracht. Leider scheint sich was geändert zu haben. Trotz tollem Wetters war es dem Restaurant nach einer Unwetterwarnung am Nachmittag zu aufwändig die Terrasse einzudecken. Auf unser Bitten, uns (acht Personen) draußen aufzudecken, reagierte man pampig. „Dann würden die anderen Gäste auch raus wollen…“ Bei der Preisklasse eine Frechheit. Unser letzter Besuch…

Heel prettig hotel op een prachtige lokatie met uitzicht over het Ahrtall. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. 2e Kerstdag gedineerd op hoog niveau, wel flink aan de prijs. ‘S Ochtends een eenvoudig maar prima ontbijt. Net zoals in veel Duitse hotels hebben we ook hier een gezellig barretje gemist om na het dineren nog even te borrelen of een spelletje.

Nach mehreren Aufs und Abs ist die Küche des Hohenzollerns mittlerweile wieder in der höchsten Dimension der Kulinarik angelangt und absolut sternewürdig. We hadden dit mooi gelegen hotel gekozen omwille van de knappe ligging en de goede commentaren van gasten. Ons verblijf heeft al het positieve alleen maar bevestigd. De ligging hoog boven Bad Neuenahr is top en strategisch om de streek te verkennen. De kamers zijn heel proper, comfortabel en ruim. Je voelt je er direct thuis. Het restaurant biedt een uitstekende kwaliteit in de half pensionformule. De gerechten zijn met zorg bereid en heel smaakvol. Het personeel doet alles om je een topverblijf te bezorgen. De receptioniste is heel klantgericht en zelfs humoristisch. Alle andere personeelsleden zijn eveneens vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De saunaruimte biedt een mooi uitzicht over de stad en maakt het plaatje compleet. Wij keren zeker terug!
