Unser Ferienhaus war super sauber, alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Die Sauna im Haus hat uns auch begeistert. Personal super lieb und freundlich. Strom und Wasser sind extra, Nebenkostenpauschale kann man zubuchen. Das freundliche Personal hat uns aber geraten nach Verbrauch anzurechen. Wir wollen im Sommer noch einmal wieder kommen.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Schlosspark Bad Saarow befriedigend; das Schlosspark ist ein sehr ruhiger und netter Ort und die Rezeption ist bei Problemen sehr hilfreich. Unser Haus war teilweise ein bisschen schmutzig und die Küche von unserem Haus hatte eine mangelhafte Ausstattung und einen defekten Kühlschrank. Im Schlosspark muss man Strom und Wasser für das eigene Haus am Ende des Aufenthaltes bezahlen, die Strom- und Wasserpreise sind definitiv überteuert, vor allem der Wasserpreis.

Personal möchte nicht Probleme von den Gästen klären. Man ruft an der Mann legt einfach auf. Schweine. Wir haben ein Haus gebucht und eine Person wurde krank. Wir haben erstmal versucht für ein anderes Datum einen Haus bekommen uns wurde nicht geholfen stattdessen haben wir eine Rechnung bekommen. Als ich angerufen habe wurde mir gesagt entweder wir müssen hin fahren oder bezahlen. Am nächsten Tag habe ich angerufen und gesagt das wir doch kommen werden. Das Haus ist schon belegt wurde mir gesagt und bezahlen müssen wir trotzen. Halbe Stunde später rufe ich an um dieses Problem zu klären , weil ich mit dem Chef reden wollte und der Mann hat aufgelegt.

Direkt am See. Haus mit eigener Sauna war super. Kaminofen machte eine schöne Wärme. Service war auch top. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich 900m entfernt. Mit der Kurkarte kann man kostenlos Busfahren (Zeiten sind allerdings bescheiden). Gerne wieder!
