I stayed at this hotel due to work commitments in the area. The reservation was made for me… I had a busy week leading up to my arrival. We arrived at about 2245 after arriving at Berlin airport. When we arrived we were told the restaurant closed at 2100 and that there was no where open. We tried to find somewhere to get some food or have food delivered. There is nowhere close by. Dinner consisted of a bottle of water and packet of nuts as there was little else in the shop. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Thanks especially to Martin on the reception desk. The rooms were ok. There were no coffee or tea facilities and no kettle / fridge. Breakfast wasn’t too bad. I would warn anyone travelling here to arrive very early, bring a picnic or eat before you arrive. The esplanade round the corner had room service and would have been a better choice.

We visited since we were passing by and it was not the first time; we asked to the short hair lady to make us 2 drinks that we were able to get the previous evening; this lady told us in an angry voce that she cannot book us anything outside of the menu when all the ingredients were literally in front of our eyes. Having experience in service throughout the years it was really disappointing to be replied back with anger, never visiting again Shoutout to the blonde tall guy tho!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Team in allen Abteilungen des Resorts. Gute Lage, ruhig und nahe am See. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Das Frühstück, Kaffee-Kuchen am Nachmittag und Abendbüffet waren alle sehr abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Es fehlt einen Safe und kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer, es war aber ok. 12€/Tag für das Parken ist schon teuer. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet (etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig die Schiebetür zwischen Bad und Kleiderschrank. Schöne Außenanlage zum entspannen nach dem saunen. Es war sehr schön und gemütlich dort!

Dieses Hotel überzeugt in jeder Minute. Frisches Essen am Buffet, Freundlichkeit des gesamten Pesonals, Sauberkeit, Lage, Tolle Zimmer auch Handicap Zimmer, Hallenbad und beheiztes Freibad sowie mehrere Saunen. Also für jeden etwas dabei. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir waren schon das dritte Mal dort.

Ein Hotel an dem es nichts zu bemängeln gibt, obwohl immer was finde, was mir nicht so gut gefällt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und das Essen war lecker. Eins muss ich aber noch los werden, die Parkplatz ist viel zu hoch, 2 oder 3 € pro Tag reichen völlig aus. Wir kommen mal wieder hier her.

Das Aja -Resort ist an sich ein schönes Hotel.. Es macht den Eindruck eines Familienhotels mit einem Kinderpool und einen Spielzimmer im Restaurant. Leider hat man schon beim Essen Probleme eben jene Kinder zu versorgen. Das angebotene Kinderessen beschränkt sich auf ein Menü und auch das angebotene Buffet macht es schwierig, dem Kind etwas anzubieten, was es mag und isst ( unser Zwerg ist ein guter flexibler Esser, aber bei blutigen Fleisch sag ich definitiv nein… ). Wer Fisch und Fleisch mit irgendwelchen Beilagen mag, findet immer was. Veganer und Vegetarier haben nur sehr wenig Auswahl. Positiv ist hervorzuheben, dass Essen schmeckt super! Frühstück ist ganz gut, schade ist nur der fehlende, nicht nachhaltige (?!) Toast und der chemische O-Saft. Auch hier muss man die fehlende Auswahl erwähnen. Immerhin nennt es sich 4-Sterne Hotel… Schwerpunkt der Speisen zum Mittagssnack liegt auf Vegan, alles normale Fleisch kostet teilweise 2€ Aufpreis, was bei den Snackpreisen von bis zu 14€ nochmal draufzuzahlen ist. Preise für angebotene Speisen, Getränke und Cocktails sind viel zu teuer ( Bier 8€, Cocktails mit einem Schuss Alkohol ab 10€). Der Klimawandel hat das Hotel noch nicht erreicht. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer bei 30°C ist schon eine Herausforderung, gerade mit Kleinkind (gut das Lidl gerade Ventilatoren im Angebot hatte… ). Man kann sich auf der Zimmertoilette sehr gut mit dem Partner unterhalten und merkt auch sofort, wenn dieser Magen- und Darmbeschwerden hat ( man riecht es auch, Lüftung geht scheinbar ins Zimmer ). Positiv hervorzuheben ist das sehr gut WLAN im ganzen Haus. Allgemein zusammengefasst: Das Hotel hat eine herrliche Poollandschaft, ist aber für die angebotene Leistung viel zu teuer. Nur durch teure Preise wird man kein 4-Sterne Hotel.

Ich Mitte 30 kann teilweise die schlechten Bewetungen nicht nachvollziehen. - Personal mega freundlichen egal zu welcher Tageszeit - Pool und Saunabereich top gepflegt und ein Ort zum entspannen - Zimmer mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet und mit einer angenehmen Größe (Wir waren zu dritt da) Das Klo ist wirklich nicht so geil, für frisch Verliebte wahrscheinlich ein No-Go - Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich ( Wer jeden Tag Pommes/Kroketten/Nudeln erwartete wird hier enttäuscht) das Bufett ist nicht zu vergleichen mit einem Fresstempelbuffet wo es alles mögliche immer gibt Folgende Sachen würden den Aufenthalt noch besser machen: - Seife im Saunabereich - Decken im Saunabereich - Eisvarianten zum Nachtisch

Mein Mann hatte Geburtstag und es wurde vom Hotel alles ganz herzlich bedacht, Alle Mitarbeiter im Hause sind sehr freundlich und gehen Ihren Aufgaben mit viel Liebe nach. Das Essen sehr reichlich, wird mit viel Liebe angeboten. (Die da noch was zu meckern haben, essen zu Hause Tüten Suppen!) Allen lieben Dank und wir freuen uns auf Weihnachten. Und, eine kleine warme Ecke für uns Raucher wäre toll, ein Heizpilz? Ich sehe Ihre Geschäftsleitung schon halb im Koma liegen.
