Die Victoria Suites sind aus unserer Sicht nicht passend für uns : sehr viele Regeln (Bademäntel kosten extra Gebühr , Minibar teuer und überschaubar ) , nicht modern und sauber insbesondere auf der Terrasse , Frühstück alles nur vom „billigsten“ . Alles in allem habe ich mich wie in einer Seniorenresidenz gefühlt . Gut : Lage und freundliches Personal beim Frühstück.

Sehr gute Lage unmittelbar an der Therme. Beim Check-in wurden wir mit einer Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit empfangen, wie wir es schon länger nicht mehr erlebt haben. Sehr schönes, großes und sauberes Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und Balkon. Nette Begrüßungsgeste mit einem handgeschriebenen "Willkommensgruß" und etwas Süßem sowie einer aktuellen Tageszeitung. So fühlten wir uns von Anfang an herzlichen Willkommen in diesem familiär geführten Hotel. In den bequemen Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Am nächsten morgen hatten wir das Frühstücksbuffet. Es war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts, sogar ein Gläschen Prosecco war dabei. Auch hier wieder sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Empfang und toller Service. Chefin und Chef wirklich nett und authentisch. Kurzum: Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel wirklich ohne Einschränkung sehr empfehlen.

Meine Freundin und ich waren von der Begrüßung an der Rezeption am Abend unserer Ankunft überwältigt. Im Zimmer angekommen erfreuten uns so liebevoll kleine Details, eine Begrüßungskarte, ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, welches uns schon an Ostern erinnerte. Die Speisen im Restaurant des Hotels waren sehr schmackhaft und für's Auge angerichtet. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und reichlich. Verzaubert haben uns die selbstzubereiteten frischen Marmeladen, die leckere Brötchenvielfalt und das frische Brot. Auch hier genießt man die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals. Zum Frauentag stand abends eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hotels im Zimmer. Wir danken allen Angestellten des Hotels für eine rundum gelungene Auszeit. Bleiben Sie gesund. Wir können ihr Hotel nur mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Also es war wieder einmal sehr gut. Diesmal sind wir 3 Nächte über den Jahreswechsel geblieben und wir können sagen es war wieder einmal alles sehr gut. Servie, Restaurant und Zimmer alles sehr gut. Das es keine klassiche Silversterfeier wird wussten wir vorher und es war so wie es war gut so.

Normaler Weise gebe ich keine volle Punktzahl, aber diese Übernachtung war einfach zu schön. Riesige Zimmer mit Kitchenette, Essbereich, Schlafbereich, schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den See, tolles Frühstück - alles sehr sauber und unglaublich nett.
