We spent a weekend there with friends. The hotel was in a very good location and basically not bad, but not all of the rooms meet the requirements of the 4 stars awarded. We were in the old building, which is slowly in need of renovation, which would be acceptable for one night. But I have never experienced anything like the bathroom in room 210, even 30 years ago in southern countries. The toilet lid did not open completely and kept falling on the user's back (very hygienic). And not only that, when the lid was open, no toilet paper could be taken from the dispenser because it was blocked. The staff at reception were apparently unaware of the problem, but since this situation was clearly not new and had already brought "joy" to several guests, I would say that this was ignorance on the part of the staff and hotel management.

I can't understand the good reviews at all. The hotel advertises itself as a wellness hotel, but the spa area is so tiny... only 10 loungers and that's in a big hotel. The guests sit on the tiled floor and wait for a place in the small sauna. The reception reacts rather annoyed when you bring up the subject and blames it on the platform that supposedly over-hyped the wellness area. By the way, you have to take the towels from your room to the spa and rent the bathrobe for 5 euros... I felt ripped off...

Sehr schickes Hotel, ein großzügiges Zimmer auch für vier Personnen, sehr reichhalitges Frühstück mit Blick über die Altstadt. Das Essen im japanischen Restaurant war vor allem für meinen Sohn ein Highlight. Die Bar war sehr gut, aber ein wenig beengt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Obwohl offensichtlich noch nicht ganz fertig renoviert, ein sehr stylisches Hotel mit teils sehr hochwertigem Design. Super nettes und lockeres Personal- auch der Chef freundlich, gut drauf und sympathisch. Insgesamt ein gutes Konzept...24/SB-Bar, 2 Restaurants + Frühstücksrestaurant (alles wird frisch und teils nach Wunsch zubereitet)+ separate Cocktailbar (mega liebevoll gestaltet, super Cocktails, Personal mit Ahnung...Leider etwas teuer). Das Steakrestaurant ist gut, aber echt überteuert...da stimmte leider das Verhältnis nicht. Die Zimmer sind gut und sauber. Das Designthema wird zumindest versucht auch dort weiterzuführen. Unser Bad war ziemlich klein und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auf den Balkonen und der Dachterrasse fehlen Sonnenschirme. Der Wellnessbereich ist leider sehr spartanisch für ein "Wellnesshotel". 1 Becken, 2 kleine Saunen und mittendrin ein nicht gerade ruhiger Ruhebereich. In der Preiskategorie erwarte ich etwas mehr. Schade, denn das Hotel hat eigentlich super Potenzial, da das Konzept stimmig ist, alle super nett, locker und hilfsbereit sind und man sich grundsätzlich einfach wohlfühlt. An dem Rest wird man sicherlich was machen...da bin ich sicher! Und dann kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Stadt. Es wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Wir waren bereits wiederholt zu Gast. Die Deluxe Zimmer sind modern und komfortabel ausgestattet. Besonders begeistert uns das vielfältige Hotelfrühstück im Obergeschoss mit schönem Blick über die Stadt.

Een mooi hotel in een mooie omgeving. Alle faciliteiten zijn in het hotel aanwezig zoals wellness en gekoelde drankjes die je bij de receptie halen kunt en deze is altijd bezet. Ik zat ok de t****e etage en dan heb je een klein beetje uitzicht.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, aber in die Jahre gekommen, der Wellnessbereich renovierungsbedürftig und meistens gesperrt :( Am Vorabend wurde mir noch an der Rezeption versichert, der Wellnessbereich sei am nächsten Tag ab 7 Uhr geöffnet. Nachdem ich mich dann auf entspannte Stunden im Pool und in der Sauna gefreut hatte, wurde ich schon an der Tür unfreundlich von einem Hausmeister abgewiesen, welcher nur den Finger hob und mir das Wort „GESPERRT“ entgegen rief…schade :(

Gutes Hotel mit hervorragendem Frühstück und megas Restaurants, die angeschlossen sind. Vor allem das japanische Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben das Hotel ausgesucht, weil der Wellnessbereich beworben wird. Dieser ist jedoch ein Reinfall: zu klein (maximal für 8 Personen), zu kalt und zu keinem Zeitpunkt in den 3 Tagen war eine der beiden Saunas an. Total schade! Daher wohl auch nicht wieder unsere Wahl.
