Sehr alte Zimmer mit Teppichboden. Leider hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen. Im Zimmer war viel zu heiß und man konnte nur leichte Lüftung an der Balkontür öffnen die aber nicht ausrechte. Für das Geld würde ich mir beim nächsten mal was anderes suchen..ich war schließlich nicht mal wegen der Therme im Hotel.

Good hotel. Room comfortable and quiet with a nice view. Staff kind but not sure if the reception is open 24 hours. We arrived late and called in advance to be sure that someone was there. Breakfast buffet was good and with reasonable selections. Fair price for the stay

The rooms are spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bed linens are crisp and white and of high quality. The room was very clean. But the decor and furnishings are from a different era. We enjoyed our stay. A big plus is the thermal baths next to the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good selection of fresh food. We had dinner here our first evening and it was tasty, portions are large and traditional German cuisine was offered.

In a lovely location next to a river and adjacent to thermal spa. Includes the Alb card allowing free admission to many local attractions. Rooms are comfortable if a little old fashioned, beds are hard. All very clean. Breakfast is okay with reasonable choice. Stayed here twice over the past year, not too far from Stuttgart where the fantastic Tanz der Vampires musical is an absolute must see and the nearby designer shopping outlet is worth a visit

gut im Kulturbereich gelegenes Hotel. Fussläufig zur Therme. Man erhält eine Tasche mit Bademantel, Badetuch zur Nutzung. Unser Zimmer im 2. Stock war modern und mit allem eingerichtet, dass man als Gast benötigt. Inklusive kleiner Balkon. Das Restaurant im Haus ist gut mit regionaler Küche und freundlichem Service. Die Weinkarte ist auchregional und könnte ein wenig vielfältiger sein, aber man findet durchaus gute Tröpfchen. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und ebenfalls regional orientiert. Wird stetig aufgefüllt. Außer Kaffeeautomat gibt es schöner Weise auch noch Filter-Kaffee in der Thermoskanne, den man sich auf den Tisch stellen kann, ohne große Wartezeiten. Im Frühstücksbereich liegen auch aktuelle Tageszeitungen aus. Die Rezeption ist kompetent und freundlich. Den einen oder anderen würde stören, dass der öffentliche Bereich, Treppen auf Gänge oder Hotelgänge einen siebziger/achtziger-Schaben verströmen. Das kann aber so bleiben, denn das Gesamtkonzept stimmt.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Leider hat uns das Personal beim frü Frühstück nicht immer so ganz überzeugt und auch die Sauberkeit und der Service dort. Preis - Leistung ok

Das wunderschöne Hotel. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir sind mit E-bikes von Stuttgart angekommen, konnten innerhalb von 5 min einchecken. Für E-bikes gibt es in der Garage das abschließbare gesonderte Zimmer, das für 8-10 Fahrräder passt. Man darf nur dort aufladen, sind genügend Steckdosen vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und vielfältig, lässt keine Wünsche offen: Saft, Müsli, Eier, Omelett, Obst, Gemüse, Käse, Wurst usw. Zugang zu dem Thermen direkt über den Übergang. Als Gast bekommt man im Hotel Bademantel und Badetuch. Sehr guter Urlaub für Paare, Familien, Freunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Bad Urach.

Wir waren für 2 Jahren zu dritt mit tollen Zimmern halbe Pension mit jeden Abend Champagner Weiß und rot Wein Rechnung über 4500 Euro war toll und wie König behandelt Aberrrrrr heute nur 1 nachts reserviert über Travel Circus für 109 Euro wir sind wie letzen Dreck behandeln Zimmer unsere Zimmer um 15.15 immer noch nicht fertig allllle anderen Gästen natürlich Zimmer bekommen Der Chef soll einfach der Courage haben das solche Gäste nicht will Er hat ein Hotel [ relativ sehr in die Jahren gekommen ] wir 100
