This hotel is brilliantly set in the hills it has beautiful views especially from the swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is superb as are all the other meals. They offer many activities during the week.Actually too many to mention. The therm is spacious and the Sauna area large. We have actually been here many times and will continue to do so.

Nerves, not rest. This is our third time in this hotel. Always in the same room with two toilets and a door from the bathroom to the closet. To our surprise, the room was redone, one toilet and the door to the closet were removed. When we noted that the room did not correspond to what was there and what was posted on the Internet, they said that there was nothing else. In addition, every day after lunch they lit a grill in the restaurant under the room and the room was filled with smoke, we had to leave the room. They did not respond to our request to stop the grill. This is our last time in this hotel.

It's always a good idea to book The Steirerhof. It is pure relaxation in a lovely region. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, delicious cuisine. I personally love the gym, which is next to a forest, the experience is special. The property is very well maintained, a beautiful garden surrounds the various pools, peacefully and in harmony. The staff is one of a kind, friendly and welcoming. I will always return to this amazing hotel.

The best thermal spa and hotel in the area. Lovely staff, perfectly trained. The food is delicious, the rooms are great, you sleep like a baby. Fantastic pools and sauna options. I will always come back. Winter and summer!

Es war unser erster Urlaub im Steirerhof. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das personal im gesamten Haus war freundlich und kompetent. Im Shop sind wir perfekt von Erika beraten worden. Das essen war abwechslungsreich und für jeden etwas passendes dabei. Ein kleines Manko fand ich im Zimmer,da hatte ich eine Steckdose in Bett Nähe vermisst. Im Badezimmer fehlte mir die Dusche, da war leider nur eine Badewanne ohne Halterung für den Ausstieg. Statt ner Lüftung war ne Duftlampe… besser als gar nichts. Toll fand ich, das wir das Zimmer am Abreisetag bis zum Abend kostenlos nutzen konnten,da keine direkte Anschlussbuchung war. Der Wellnessbereich war echt riesig,echt top!

Alles in allem wieder mal ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Der Wellnessbereich und die Behandlungen im Spa sind top. Immer wieder begeistert uns auch die Lage und die schönen Sonnenuntergänge. Dass mein Mann Gluten und Laktoseintoleranz hat wusste man schon beim Check in. Leider hat es diese Information nicht ins Restaurant an den Tisch geschafft und wir mussten nochmal darauf hinweisen. Generell hatten wir heuer Pech mit dem Kellner im Restaurant Bereich. Die Deutsche Kenntnisse waren mangelhaft und so konnte er leider auch nie genau erklären welche Alternativen zu den angeschriebenen Speisen angeboten werden. Schade! Dass kennen wir von den letzten Aufenthalten anders. Nichts desto trotz kommen wir gerne wieder weil das Gesamtpaket einfach stimmt. Diese Kritik soll als Chance für eine Verbesserung dienen.
