Sehr saubere Zimmer mit Minibar und Kühlschrank.
Direkte Anbindund über Bademantelgang zur Frankentherme.
Top Lage direkt am Kurpark.
Sehr nettes Personal.
Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Das Hotel ist sauber und gut gepflegt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und die Betten gut Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist dennoch als ungleich zu bewerten. Der Standard ist eher alt, sehr viel Marmor, Amphoren, Vasen, Malerarbeiten an den Wänden. Diverse Orientteppiche sind auch noch verteilt. Das Frühstück hat eine vernünftige Auswahl und eine gute Balance aus deftig und gesund Obstsalat aus Dosen mit Frischen Kiwis anzuhübschen geht zwar, passt aber auch nicht zum Preis Die Therme gegenüber wird voll abgerechnet und auch der Bademantel ist nicht inklusive, sondern wird mit fünf Euro Gebühr belegt

Das Haus ist sehr gut, die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, das Bad ist ausreichend groß Das Frühstück ist gut und vielfältig, die Betten vielleicht etwas hart. Nur gibt es in der Nähe eine Fabrik, die läßt stinkende Abluft in die Atmosphäre. Bei bestimmter Windrichtig ein absolues no go. Hotel top, aber die Luft zeitweise eine Katastrophe. Ich werde nie wieder dort wohnen. Wie ist sowas möglich und erlaubt?

Wir kommen immer zur Therapie in die Pyramide, einfach Super und Fachkundiger Service, hier wird sich Zeit genommen, und man bekommt immer eine Super Information, alles sehr Sauber, Sehr Freundliches Personal

Also wir waren mit einer Gruppe jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal in einem Pyramide Hotel. Dieses Hotel hat 4 Sterne, die Zimmer sind schön, das Essen ausgezeichnet. Die Lage sehr Gut. Es passt alles und so ein Hotel würde ich normal mit voller Punktzahl bewerten. Aber aber aber. Es wird zusätzlich eine Hygienepauschale von jedem Gast in Höhe von 2 Euro täglich verlangt. Bei beispielsweise 80 Gästen sind das 160€ pro Tag und 58.400€ im Jahr. Für was genau diese Hygienepauschale verwendet wird hat man uns auf Nachfrage auch erläutert. Wegen der Covid Pandemie musste vor den Fahrstühlen und vor dem Speisesaal ein Desinfektionsspender angebracht werden. Diesen Mehraufwand rechnet das Hotel auf diese Weise zusätzlich ab. So kann man natürlich auch Geld verdienen. Das 12 Gäste um 22:00 auch noch die Hotelbar verlassen mussten, weil diese um 22 Uhr schließt verleiht diesem 4 Sterne Haus den Charakter einer Jugendherberge. Beim Auschecken wurde festgestellt das keiner der Gruppenteilnehmer seine Kurkarte erhalten hatte. Dank dieser Vorkommnisse bewerte ich dieses Hotel nur mit befriedigend.
