The restaurant was very good.. Clean Spa area.. nice and attentionful staff! Had nothing to challenge except that there was an event that we had no information about because we have booked too spontaneously! Therefore it was until late to the night party! Every time again..

Amazing stay. We are regular travellers and by far the best hotel we have stayed in. 2nd floor had all the brand new rooms so that was lovely. Shame the swimming pool etc wasn’t open but all part of improving the hotel. Only thing I would say is the best are 2 singles out together which is fine but one big duvet would be better then X2 small ones.

However, our room was on the 3rd floor of the opposite building. There was no elevator. There was a waiter in Haocai to carry our luggage to the room. It is very convenient to reach attractions, restaurants and shops within ten minutes walk.
