I arrived to Switzerland with my family and stayed 2 months in River Residence in a 2 bedroom suite with washing machine and drier included in the apartment. We stayed in many nice hotels before but without a question, River Residence is the best place we have ever stayed because the rooms were so clean, big, modern and the location is fantastic. River Residence is in the nicest area of Baden and also the train station is a 6 minute walk from where Central Zurich is only a 15 min train journey so the area of this accommodation is an ideal place for business visitors but equally also for tourists. The management is amazing, very nice, responsive and everything we wished for has been accommodated. We can’t wait to return to River Residence!

My husband booked the River Residence for a business trip which I was joining him for. The night before our stay, we were upgraded to a lovely, spacious junior suite overlooking the river with a balcony. This was a very pleasant surprise. We arrived late at night, there was water in the fridge and coffee in the apartment. The apartment was spacious, warm, very clean and a delight to stay in. The towels were fluffy, toiletries in the bathroom and plenty of storage space. The view from the balcony was lovely and the added bonus of a large umbrella being left for us was much appreciated with the wet weather. Having a safe was important to us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The town is just a very short, River walk away and the 47 Wellness Spa was a 2 min walk the other way. I'd highly recommend this. The use of a washer/ dryer & iron was very useful for our stay also. I would highly recommend staying here and it would be my first choice if I return to Baden. Our apartment did smell as though someone had smoked in it previously but this didn't affect our stay as we often had the balcony door open. Thank you

Great place where to go, clean, convenient to attractions and train station. The rooms are big and nicely furnished. Marco is a fantastic host, he is always available, and makes you life much easier.

I stayed here for 1 month, and I could not have asked for a better place. Apartments are lovely, like brand new, have everything you could possibly need. The manager Marco could not have been more welcoming and informative. Made my first month living in Switzerland so much easier. Constant peace of mind. Would recommend to ANYONE!

This place is amazing. It's close to the river and within the thermals. By a walk alongside the river one can reach the center of the small, beautiful city of Baden. The apartments are refurbished and furnished with everything could be needed and the owner himself is willing to do his best to make everyone's stay as the best experience possible. I have been at the Riverresidence already. And I will always keep coming back to this beautiful and magic place.

Stayed one night on our way back to Munich in this fabulous residence. Everything you need with a family from washing machines to a fully fitted kitchen, Japanese toilets that of course the kids loved!!! Marco and Katarina have transformed this place to fabulous family retreat. We shall be back to enjoy more of what the town has to offer as it was simply tooooo short!
